I was referred by a family Member to this doctor, but the first and second call to this office has me concerned. The first call i made to make a new appointment the lady asked me why I was switching providers, but when I tried to explain she kept cutting me off..., then put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I called a few hours later to try again and noticed the same lady answered and when I informed her that I wanted to make a new appt with Dr. Sushma, she passed me off to someone else without warning then the person who took over the call asked me again what I needed... while laughing....by this time I was already frustrated with the whole experience. Im just going to drive further and pay more to go to my old office because of their customer service alone. I wouldve liked to switch since I live so close to this office....but they already ruined it for me. Words of wisdom. ..get better front office staff.

We have been with Dr. Gorela for a little less than a year now. I initially saw her for my sleep apnea and decided to move the whole family over to her care soon after because of the good experience Ive had. Her staff is efficient and proffesional. They have always treated us with utmost courtesy and considered our needs to the best of their ability.

Ive been going there a couple years, staff rotate in and out every three months. Theres no follow up and every time I go its like im a new patient. The doctor is rude and doesnt listen to anything. Shes a know it all but she doesnt seem to know anything. Im looking for a new primary doctor and dont plan to go back.

Dr. Sushmas office is very kind. I have been to see her many times over the last 4 years. There have been Times I had to wait a little bit, but I did not mind. Once she is in the room, she is very attentive, and show true concern. I would gladly recommend her.

If my insurance had anywhere else near where I lived I would go somewhere else. Awful service and incompetent people.
