This place reminds me of how a medical facility would operate in a 3rd world country. I had an 11am appt for my newborn daughter, and we were not seen until 2pm. When I asked the receptionist why it was taking so long 2 hours after waiting with a screaming baby, he said there was a walk in in front of me. WHAT IS THE POINT OF AN APPOINTMENT THEN? I was finally seen, and all they did was take measurements, and ask me if I was breastfeeding. DONT GO THERE UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO!

They will not let you walk-in no matter how bad you need to be seen and even after you schedule an appointment they have you waiting over an hour to be called. After asking when i am going to be seen, they stated i was next and still took another patient before me. Once you are finally called it takes about another hour to speak to the doctor. This is my second time here, and my last!

DO NOT GO HERE! Seriously though. We immediately changed our PCP after our first visit. Simply awful experience. *LONG wait* *difficult to understand* *just wants to give a prescription without truly wanting to find out WHY AND WHAT the problem is* *staff was unpleasant* *if you call to ask a question youre just repeatedly put on hold to no end* WARNING: GO ELSEWHERE

My life mistake is going to this dr office. They gave me false positive result about hep C. It really ruins my life, I was so stressful and Ive got a severe heartburn after that, eventhough I rechecked 3 times with other labs, all results were negative. They didnt say sorry to me, just neglected everything. I hate this dr, this staff, this office!

Wait times will run several hours past your scheduled appointment. They promise they will call you when your daughters shot is available in a week, but you have to call them in a month instead to inquire about it. I would not send my worst enemy to this place, not only because of the doctor, but the staff is very rude and unprofessional

Wait time ridiculous... Doctors offices are not clean actually really nasty.Came in for a physical, physical was not performed, could not understand what I needed for school. Dont speak English well at all... Overall horrible experience!!!! Find somewhere else to go!

This office needs to be closed. Waiting time is just ridiculous. Not clean, theres only 1 doctor. We were here to get my baby his shots. And waited 2 hours. Horrible horrible horrible.
