Last week I visited Dr. Trangs office. Going to a doctors office is certainly not one of my favorite things to do. However, I found my experience to be as pleasant as any doctor visit could be. The front office was courteous, friendly and professional. When I first checked in, they knew who I was, the time of my appointment and the reason for my visit. My wait in the waiting room was not long at all. In fact, I got to the office a little early and I was taken to the back to a waiting room by one of the doctors assistance at the time of my original appointment. My vitals were taken and the assistant was also courteous, friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable. She informed me of my vitals and told me that the Dr. Trang would be in shortly to visit with me. In less than 5 minutes, Dr. Trang came into the room and discussed with me the reason for my visit. One thing that I really liked was that Dr. Trang did not hurry me or rush me. She answered all of my questions and explained my treatment in detail. She told me that I would need to come back for a follow up in about six weeks. Upon leaving, I made the appointment for my follow up visit, which was very easy to do. I would rate this as one of the best doctors experiences that I have had. I would highly recommend Dr. Trang and her staff to anyone who needs medical care. Sincerely, Craig Coscarelli

Dr. Nguyen is the best Family Doctor my wife and I have ever had......She is extremely knowledge friendly and pays strict attention to detail.......and treats us as far as our care goes as one of the family....It is amazing how she remembers the details of your personal life from the last conversation at her office.....She doesnt mess around either.......When she diagnosed me with Diabetes July of 2015...she quickly set in motion the appointments to other doctors which happen to have in my opinion saved my life though she defers praise or credit on her part.....The Cardiologist she referred me to was excellent and I had 2 heart stents put in that gave me a new lease on life....To sum up in our opinion she is a life saver as well as a care giver.

Kudos to Dr. Wynn for having a PA like Lourdes Orellana, if there was ever a Dr. i trust more it would be her this PA just happened to save my life. let me explain, i had a simple stomach pain so i thought, but her experiance and God gifted insight said different, a exray revieled an anuerism the size of a potatoe , a surgery later and im alive today. she is a great physician that i recommend to anyone having fears about going to a doctor or if you have doubts of getting good quality care. She listens to every word you say and cares genuinely about your feelings. I hope she never moves because i will have to move too.

Dr. Nguyen has been my family doctor since the Sadler Clinic breakup. She was great the first visit and every visit since. She is straight forward and tells you like it is. I like that. All doctors offices get crowded now and then. So do a lot of other places like the Post Office and I45. I have found that her staff is very friendly if you take time to get to know them. And be friendly yourself. I know when youre sick you tend to be a little cranky. She can also treat cranky. Great doctor...Great lady

I scheduled with her twice and every time something came up and she cant see me. So I saw her nurse practitioner and it was a horrible experience. I was seen for exactly 1 minute by the practitioner when I waited for 2 hours with an appointment. I was the only person there, no one was waiting in the lobby but yet I was treated very poorly. They didnt even have the shot that was suppose to help me with my sinus problem.

She is the best Primary Care Doctor my wife and I have every had.......She listens and you can tell she really cares.....She is quick to make assessments and her decision making and referrals are spot-on......She also is not afraid to tell you like it is for your own good.......We completely trust our health care in her hands.

one of the worse doctor office visits i ever had--staff is to busy to help me--staff was rude--1 hr set out in waiting room--nurses just standing around while people sit out in waiting room--their bedside manners need alot of work..wont go back there..this lady has her hands full she has no idea what her staff is doing..
