Im actually shocked by the previous reviews of Dr. Wui. I was looking for a new PCP who accepted my insurance and she was one of the only ones close by. I booked an appt and ended up getting sick before the appt came. She was thorough, patient, and kind and listened to all of my concerns (both my illness and my overall health issues related to why I booked the appt in the first place). The following week I came back for labs and then had a follow-up appt the next week. Dr. Wui explained all of the results to me as well as her recommendations for how to treat them. She has a comforting bedside manner, and Im happy to have found her.

The Doctor is okay, shes sweet and when I need a referral from another office shes quick to approve. Her scatterbrained staff however... The referrals never get done properly, and being someone who works the same hours theyre open, speaking with them is extremely hard so I send messages through the portal that go unanswered for weeks. My insurance is referral based so theyre extremely important to make sure Im not paying thousands of unnecessary out of pockets fees. Im considering requesting a Primary Care Doctor change because of the staff here :/

I found this office through BCBS TX. I was looking for a nutritionist. The number to the nutritionist was Dr. Wuis office number. I explained to the booking receptionist what I was looking for and they booked me with Dr. Wui. I had my blood pressure and weight checked by the nurse and explained what I needed. She left the examining room and spoke with Dr. Wui and came back and told me that Dr. Wui couldnt help me. Dr. Wui was TOO LAZY to come out of her office to speak with me in person. Very rude. I wouldnt recommend her to anyone.

She is very knowledgeable and thorough. She takes her time with me, answers my questions in laymans terms and seems to help me as much as she possibly can. She has made referrals when appropriate, offered creative, evidence-based practical solutions to some of my issues. She s a great doc & Im happy to have her on my med team.
