I recently rescued two rabbits soo...I called around to see what local Veterinarians saw rabbits and to get prices. When I called Luv N Care they told me Dr. Singh gives rabbit exams and it would be $20 for each rabbit. I read the reviews and made an appointment considering the price was right. I was on time 9:45 am to my 10 am appointment where we sat in the room until about 10:45 before anyone came in, and I could hear assitants in the back asking eachother if anyone was going to go in to see the rabbits. After about and hour and a half later I was leaving and paid cash. As soon as I got home I looked at the receipt and was over charged $40 dollars, so I called the office immediately. The receptionist said it was because the $20 first time patient was only for cats and dogs. I told them when I called I asked if they do rabbit exams and how much it would be and they said $20. The receptionist said okay then well be able to give you the money back. I told her I was going out of town and would be there to get it the day I come back WITH MY FOLLOW UP appointment. I returned to Luv N Care the day I returned and no one was told no one knew about the issue (Including the OFFICE Manager). The Office Manager said they dont do refunds. It wasnt a refund but the money they overcharged me. For an hour she kept going back in fourth with saying she could give me credit, then talking to the Dr. Singh who never came out to address the situation when I asked to speak with him. The Office Manager said she didnt want to lose my business but couldnt give me back the $40 I was overcharged. Its not about the money its about the fact of the matter and the unknowledgeable people working there. I will not be back!

Having the same family of veterinarians for over 40 years is fantastic. Unfortunately we could not carry them when we moved to Florida. We met Dr. DOBSON doing one of 5 consultations for a displaced hip surgery on our Papillon Cayetano (Aka Nano). I thought the osteotomy alternative was an extreme procedure. After 5 opinions and 5 consultations, including well known orthopedic surgeon in Florida, we decided to do the osteotomy. The decision was the correct one. The results were amazing. His recovery was amazing and nobody can tell the 4.5 pounder lost the head of a femur. The holistic approach and laser therapy DOES work wonders. I was relucrant to use the laser therapy, but from years of experience I can tell the laser did accelerate the healing process. He operated on Nano on his day off!!! We vaccinated our puppies and some adults. Then another unexpected acvident with our four month old Cairo (Papillon). After a serious neck lession due to an adult almost fully stepping on his head. We thought we lost him. We dipped him in refrigerated water. He reacted and we ran. Summarizing after 3 days he was showing strength and great desire to live. He is with us and so happy we did not loose him. All processes and meds are clearly explained. They printo two routes of treatment for every case. One with all all the ideal resources and another with the basic needs to work your case. They do not take short cuts, We call them the "Miracle Worker Team". We will never find the right words to express oyr gratitude and commitment for their dedications. It is a super organized team and you can tell the moment you enter and in the working areas! Thanks always!!!

In July of 2012 we had to take our dog Bruno to Luv n Care animal hospital on an emergency basis. He was very lethargic and could not get around very well at all.He actually couldnt even get up,we had to carry him and put him in the car to take him there. I cannot express how great of doctors that Dr. Singh and Dr. Vergel are.Dr. Vergel was on his way home and had got a call to do an ultrasound on Bruno,instead of going home he came to the clinic and did the ultrasound, They found a tumor on his splene annd told us it had to be removed. The next day a Spleneoctomy was done and his splene was removed surgically.The clinic was so great to Bruno.He had never been hospitalized in his entire life.We drive as far as Poinciana florida to the clinic because of the great care that our pets receive from Luv N Care.The staff was so good to Bruno. Even Katie his nurse was going in to check on him on a Sunday and called us to come and see him while she was there.The clinic really goes out of their way to give the best possible care they can to their patrons.Dr. Singh even sent additional samples for tests to make certain that his tumor was indeed begin.All Brunos tests results were good and he did not have cancer.Since the surgery he is doing really good,hes happy and he lost a bit of much needed weight.The tumor was weighing him down and it was quite large,it was about the size of a grapefruit. Im ever so thankful to Luv N Care and the wonderful care and love that my pets receive from this clinic.Many Thanks to Dr. Vergel and Dr. Singh as well as Dr. Oneil and the staff at Luv N Care. Its a wonderful clinic and a great place to take your pets.

I used Luv n Care in Longwood for about two years but NO MORE. They are over priced and use scare tactics to up sell you on things not needed because they know that most pet owners will do and pay anything to keep there pet in good health. I took my dog to get his shoots updated before Christmas and the vet said that my dog had a ear infection and need to be put on meds. In conversation I said that I was boarding my pet at place down the street for the holidays that we have been going to for years and love. That was a mistake the vet said nothing but bad things about them just to scare me so I would use them instead. I reluctantly fell for it and set up a reservation to board there over the holiday for 11 days because he did have a ear infection "I Think". The whole time I couldnt believe what they said about my boarding place that we found to be the best in the area and my dog loves going to. When I picked up our dog we noticed that he was acting scared and shy.(RED FLAG) My dog never acts this way when he boards or any other time. He is always high energy and happy. It took a couple days for him to start acting his happy self again. Then he came down with Kennel Cough during his stay. I took him back to the vet and they put him on more meds. Later I found out that he would have gotten over it on his own with out meds. Im mad at them for there poor business practices and questionable ethics. I mad at myself for taking my dog to a vet for boarding when all they deal with is sick animals and also falling for there scare tactics for so long. I will never go back to this place and would never recommend them to anyone.

I highly TRUST DR. SINGH with ALL of my 5 DOGS! My furry Children/dogs have been patients of Dr. Singhs and Luv-n-CARE Animal Hospital in Longwood for 15 years. I have actually been a client with Luv-n-care for 20 years....(other dogs that have passed on now because of old age) JUST one of many experiences of my years as a client: One of my dogs has arthritis and could barely walk a year ago...Dr. Singh and his staff has been treating my dog with cold laser therapy as well as a shot for inflammation/lubricant and this treatment has really made at least an 80% improvement or more in the quality of life for my dog! ....and at a very affordable price for this treatment as well as very fast and convenient treatment times each month. I know he is a very knowledgeably and caring veterinarian and skilled surgeon with many years experience and I would highly recommend him to anyone. ALSO he and his staff work with many rescue shelters to care for so many groups of puppies, dogs and cats being brought in because I have witnessed this myself many times when I have been there when they have brought all these animals in and I even personally donated to one. I think that is just amazing. OH and now Luv-n-Care has 2 locations and is opened 7 days a week! Very dedicated and hardworking. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
