While I think Dr. Minjuer is a wonderful doctor, I am very disappointed with her staff. I have been trying to get a simple prescription submitted to my online pharmacy for over two months and still do not have it. I have talked to multiple staff members, left messages and they still cannot get it right. It is either submitted as brand not generic or the wrong quantity (90 vs. 100), or not submitted at all. While the online pharmacy does seem to be part of the problem, most of the issues have been in how the prescription has been submitted by the doctors office. What is most disturbing is how my many phone calls have been received. The last straw was when I requested that the staff member actually "call" the pharmacy to ensure they get the request and get it correct, I was told "yes", but in such a snippy tone of voice that I asked if they had an objection to making the phone call. The even snottier response was "I SAID YES". So, I am done. Hopefully, if I can finally get my prescription filled correctly - as I have been out of pills for two weeks now, I will be looking for a new physician. Such a shame, as I really do like and respect Dr. Minjuer. The failure is purely with her staff.

I wish I could rate the doctor a zero star and the nurses 3 or 4. The nurses are fairly caring, and I truly beleive they want to help. How ever, the doctors see you as a dollar sign. Ive seen the male Allen Keith, I believe, and he was extremely rough while examining my pinkie finger I slammed in a car door. No X-Rays, nothing About two weeks ago, I was seen by Jana Serbousek, and the visit was over in 3 minutes. I had a shoulder injury, and after some quick tests (pull my finger kind of thing) she sent me on my way. Again, no X-Rays, or MRI, nothing. These doctors dont care...theyre lucky I dont sue for malpractise... Fool me once, shame on you...fool me twice...shame on me...

I have Been A patient here for about 2 years,My Doctor is Teresa Stewart.She is Very caring and VERY Good at what she does.She actually makes you feel comfortable about being at the doctors.She is on top of any medical concern you may have,I had injured my knee a few years back and started feeling pain and told her,She was immediate in testing to make sure i hadnt torn an ACL or had a Build up of Scar tissue.She was really gentle as to not hurt my knee anymore than it already was. If you are looking for a provider,She should Definitely be a Candidate.

Dr. Minjeur actually cares about her patients and their families; not all doctors, pediatricians included, in the Cedar Rapids area, do; it is clear that some are mostly in the health profession "for the money". We are Title 19 and havent gotten "the boot" from Dr. Minjeurs practice, and so, two thumbs up, way up!! As for the rest of you, stop your whining; no doctors office is perfect. It should be enough to find a family doctor who actually cares about their patients health and not just what they can bill their insurance company for.

Dr. Minjeur always put in the extra effort to make sure you are satisfied with your care. She works closely with you and makes sure you are comfortable with the plan of care. The staff is friendly. Although you may have a little longer waiting times at times, consider how you would appreciate your doctor giving you the extra time if you are questions or concerns.

When I first started going to Dr. Minjeur, I was pleased with my care as I needed it. In recent months, and this is in general, the response time for a callback is extremely lacking. While I understand that doctors offices are busy, there really is no excuse for not calling a patient back in a timely manner.
