Wow!!! Blown away at the disgust in my treatment as a new patient today. Ignored at entry! Assistant of an assistant waits over an hour to say a machine isnt working properly then I get told go somewhere else and spend more money after taking my CASH PATIENT MONEY!!! She proceeds to walk away mind you Im in the back of a building Ive never been in before and says as she walks away go get a refund. Yet I leave with nothing but shock for as Im a fellow Practive Manager and Consultant to physicians I would NEVER let happen what happened to me today. And drum roll manager isnt in today. I asked if I would have to pay at my follow up because Im leaving with nothing and no real result and wait for it "Ummmm, obviously youre a cash patient!" Thankfully Tamika in the slimming studio was there and she went out of her way to provide me with a service. My best advise you can be a rock star as a physician but your staff can ruin your career and name!!!

The most unorganized group I have ever gone too. I called and got an appointment - they had 1:45, 2:00 and 2:15 open. We booked the 1:45. We arrived 15 minutes early and they did take us back right at 1:50. The young lady took BP and temp. She left saying the Dr. would be right with us. 35 minutes later no one had come back to check on us. I did go out to the desk and ask what was going on. I did not see any patients and staff was really low. She said Dr. Aziz was reading our chart....another 10 minutes and still nothing.....we walked out with my husband very sick. What is wrong with this group!! This is our second time to see this Dr. since the practice was sold. Not impressed the first visit and certainly not this 2nd one. - which will be our LAST time.

Was a patient of dr McNally for 15 years and loved him. Then McNally retired and sold his practice to Dr Aziz. Agreed, very disorganized. Had a 9am appointment with new Dr. , Aziz, scheduled, arrived and then wait for the Dr to arrive at his practice before I was see. Nurses stated they were calling him and could not connect. PA Handled the exam, still never saw him after being there an hour. Follow visit 30 days later was scheduled, called by clinic a day earlier and was asked to reschedule. Did so for the following week, clinic called again leaving me a message they needed to reschedule. I did. It bother to call, disorganized and in my opinion they like to see you a great deal to revlceuve their insurance/co-pay $$$. Less than stellar service.

My family went there for green card physical exams. But they filled out the forms incorrectly (missing results of chest x-ray and Gonorrhea test), and USCIS returned the forms to me. This was the only issue for our green card process. Eventually it resulted in a huge delay. Also when we went there again to have them corrected, one of the nurses or the receptionist was so unkind. When I was explaining what they did, she said the rule changed recently so they missed. It was not true. That was changed last August and we had the exams last oct. they should have known that. I have been sitting in the lobby for correcting the forms over 1 hour. Dont go if youre desperate to get green cards!!!

Hands down the best place in the whole Dallas / Fort-Worth area for I-693 form related check-ups and tests. This statement is not made lightly - but after tens of hours of extensive "market research" - the best rates and perfect cost/value ratio. Courteous, efficient, willing to listen and accept proof from an external lab without price-gouging. Highly recommend. I dont usually leave reviews, but excellent service should be rewarded. I hope that Dr. Aziz and his staff will get more volume of satisfied clientele and keep their pricing at the current level - which is beyond reasonable. Thank you, Prestige Primary Care!

If I could give them less than one star I would. They are unorganized and 100% the most inconsiderate group of people Ive ever met. We moved to TX from NY and they never sent my old doctor the request for records form they had me fill out and then blamed me for their mistake. I decided to give them a second chance but when horrible traffic made me a slight bit late they refused to see me. Even after explaining that it took over an hour for me to get there they didnt care in the slightest and werent even apologetic about wasting my time and gas money. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

I scheduled an appointment but when I got there, they didnt have me on the books. They couldnt see me and I really needed to be seen. I had taken off from work and I cant take anymore time off from my job. Its right before Thanksgiving and cant get an appointment anywhere else until next week. I work in health care and understand that scheduling things happen. When this sort of thing happens at my office we accommodate the patient. NO MATTER WHAT! I dont like how I was treated. I guess when you are cash pay, nobody really cares. Very disappointed with this office.

They are extremely unorganized. They did not know how to send referrals so I could be treated by specialists, specifically for an MRI and to see a Glaucoma specialist. The worst was rescheduling with the glaucoma doctor 3 different times and having my appointment pushed back 3 months in which time I could have had something serious happen to my vision. They are very good at writing prescriptions though so if you are looking for a doctor to load you up with pills than this is the place for you.

Dr Aziz is very warm and friendly he answers my questions and follows thru with any health issues I may have .The staff is wonderful and willing to help with appointments and other needs..I would recommend Dr Aziz to my family and friends.

The staff is very nice and do all they can to be very accurate with all my exams, I understand that proper care takes detail and do not mind the small wait. Overall I feel every need is attended to when I visit.

Dont go to this doctor for a physical unless you want to pay an additional doctors visit to get your result. Absolute joke.
