I am befuddled by Sandras rating. Ive been seeing Dr. Medwedeff for over 5 years, have never had a billing issue, have never had tests I didnt need, and Ive never once been required to have a stress test during a physical. Ive had a physical every year and have never had ONE stress test. My phone calls have always been returned, my emails always answered. Dr. Medwedeff is a phenomenal diagnostician. She is the most knowledgeable physician I have ever seen. My only regret is that she isnt a family practitioner so that I could bring my children to see her as well. So what that the wait is long? The wait is long at EVERY doctors office. At least this this doctor is well worth the wait.

Dr. Medwedeff and her staff have been great to me for over 10 years, keeping track of all conditions, treatments and progress. Even when I moved away from Plano, I still kept coming back to her office for all medical needs. Her insightful practice helped diagnose my cancer on the first sign and get it under remission shortly thereafter. They are great keeping appointments timely and even accommodating on short notice. We are fortunate to have found her many years ago!

Dr. Medwedeff has been the most kind, caring doctor that I have seen over the years. She is very interested in her patients. Having family and friends in the medical field, I know that she is slammed with all sorts of requirements but I never feel that she is hurried, she takes her time with me. I have appreciated her help with managing my Migraines. I was referred to her years ago and it was a referral that I was glad to accept. Thanks Dr. Lisa Medwedeff!

The entire office is a scam. The front office is so incompetent that they cant send an insurance claim correctly over 2 YEARS. Sent me to collections for this error and failed to work with me, even though they have the proof. I have to now get litigation involved to settle their mistake. Also reported them to the medical review board for their indiscretions. Above all this, Dr. Medwedeff isnt even a good doctor which is why we stopped seeing her.

I personally visited this doctor 3 times. The wait was over an hour, she did not apologize, she ordered tests I did not need, and did not properly bill my insurance so I paid OUT OF POCKET for my visits even tho I have 100% coverage. She REQUIRES stress tests for a physical even if your insurance doesnt cover them. She WILL NOT RETURN ANY PHONE CALLS. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR.

I have been seeing Dr. Medwedeff since 2006. She is an excellent and smart physician. She had done so much to help me with my physical and mental health. I know Im in wonderful, caring hands whenever I see her. I have recommended her to many of my friends and family based on the excellent care I have received from her over the years.

Tried to make an appointment but Angela (person who answered) was extremely rude. She hung up on me very upruptly. If this office cant handle simple phone calls , how can they handle your well being ?
