Dr. Culver is awesome and her office staff is awesome but the answering service is unprofessional, rude and cant get the job done. Ive been trying to get a hold of the office for 2 days and spent 1 hour on hold yesterday afternoon, and then it just hung up on me after 1 hour and 3 minutes, and this morning, Ive been on hold for over 22 minutes and still holding. I wont be able to get simple information like a fax number, or an appointment made. No doctor is too good that clients can be treated this way. Its unprofessional and the person answering the phones needs to be trained. You cant indefinitely put people on hold. Two days and I cant get through to call my doctor. I use to love Dr; Culver, but no doctor is so good that someone in the office cant see a blinking light and decide to just let it keep holding. Wish I could post my screenshots of my hold time. Unless you have time to walk in and make your appointment, this doctor wont be worth the frustration the answering service will cause you. :( Still on hold... :(

Dr. Culver and her staff are nice and pleasant but have made many errors during the two years I have been going there. I never know what to expect during my appointments. Sometimes they have me pay, sometimes they dont, and sometimes I pay for multiple visits. On two occasions my prescription was written incorrectly - once the date was wrong (written for a month ahead of the current date) so the prescription could not be processed. Once they started virtually sending over my prescription I thought it would solve all problems but I was wrong. They have not sent it at all, sent it to the wrong pharmacy, said they would call back and usually dont. Most recently it has taken over a week, 5 phone calls to the office, one incorrect pharmacy and I still only have 1 of mymy prescriptions - Ive finally had enough and will am finding a new doctors office. Not that the staff will notice or care.

I am prone to bladder infections. I had reconstructive surgery on my bladder as a teenager. I attempted to leave a urine sample on a Friday and was denied. I was told I needed an appointment. None were available that worked for me. Ive always left a urine sample at whim with any of my doctors and followed up w an appointment. Ive never been wrong, I know what a bladder infection feels like. I was denied leaving a sample therefore denied treatment for the entire weekend. Ive had a fever now all weekend and Id actually guess I now have a kidney infection as well. If you want a dr who doesnt care. Shes your gal.

Here it is, years later, and apparently, they dont care about patient reviews. First of all, Dr. Culver is AMAZING, but apparently they couldnt care less about improving communication, because I have been on hold 22 minutes just to make an appointment. EMBARRASSING!!!! Too bad a great doctor is being represented by unprofessional and ill-trained telephone operators. After several years of this being a problem, I think I will need to find another doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Culvers for close to 15 years. I have no doubt she has my best interests in mind at all times. She listens to everything I have to say and goes above and beyond when formulating a treatment plan. I trust her education, knowledge and experience without question as it relates to my medical care. You can trust she will address any medical concern you raise.

I was a patient of Dr. Culvers for several years. I LOVE her! She takes the time to really look at what is going on , she listens and has a great bedside manner. Ive never had a problem with the answering service or the office staff. I wouldnt leave her practice, but I had to change insurance companies and they dont take my insurance.
