After calling several times and no one answering, I stopped but to make an appt for 4 kids. Made the appt four the following week showed up 15 minutes before scheduled time, signed in and was told I need another adult with me to see so two kids can be seen per room. Inquired why was i not told that when i made the appt. So I was asked to take a seat, as if I the kids were going to be sern. An hour later, after waiting, I was told that they would not be able to see all kids in same room. This could have been avoided if the front office person would have shared this with me when the appt was made. Took off work and children still did not see the doctor. Waisted time and lost money, children still need to see the doctor. This is my first time wring review, be cautious if you make appt here.

Ive been going to this place for years even before this location. They once were at the building at the corner. So for my review.. Sometimes this place can be a bit annoying and frustrating some.. And For one, I dont ever remember leaving a voicemail to make a darn appointment! Fix the phone lines already. Im tired of the machines I need an assistant to answer the phones. And answer any questions I may have at that moment. And not having to wait for a call back. Hate to make a drive and be turned away.. Oh and the wait, goodness sometimes it can be a good while. But on the other hand I love our Doctor shes great!
