Yo los recomiendo, a mis dos nenas siempre las han visto aqui. A ellos los encontre por google andaba buscando un buen pediatra y en efecto lo encontre. En lo personal no creo que se tarden tanto y ahi que considerar que puede que tengan muchas enfermeras y recepcionistas pero los doctores son contados y tienen que atendar a varios pacientes. Solo es tener paciencia. Y el trato que usted de, es el trato que recibe. A mi nunca me han maltrado en esta clinica. Y tiene mucho que no hago cita y SIEMPRE me atienden y como digo el tiempo de espera no es tan malo o igual si se tardan yo se que es por lo mismo que no tengo cita y estan haciendo el esfuerzo de mirar a mis niñas lo mas pronto posible.

Im giving this rating because the NP that we saw was awesome. 5 stars worth of care. Didnt care much for the front desk staff, and a system of waiting 2 hours with 2 healthy kids and my sick kid has pink eye. I feel bad for the waiting families as kids are around without any regard for spreading germs. I made a 4pm appointment, and wasnt seen until 6. when we did get seen, our NP was very conversational, so helpful, and as a complete stranger, made my inconsolable son feel much better. instantly better, this one, has a way with my kiddo. I made a follow up appointment and cancelled because it was my understanding that they need to have enough patients coming through the door to justify bringing on another doctor. if Im missing something is that explaination I will gladly recant my review, but this staffing pros based on the amount of business they are doing is meant for a coffee shop, staffing at the medical offices should have enough staff once the waiting room is FILLED with appointments.

The girls in the front are unprofessional and rude!!! Takes hours to get out whit an appointment... They have change from bad to worse everytime i bring my kids... Los doctores aon buenos pero sus resepsionostas spn despotas mal geniudas y no tienen respeto. Te contesta Muy feo. Si tienes cita y otro hijo no la tiene pero por x rason kieres k los vean. Te dicen ke se tardara mas.. Si ya se tardan como 3 hrs con cita...

Muy mal servicio.. No es sobre los Doctores.. Mi queja es sobre la mujer que da las citas y los stikers ya para salir del chequeo.. Esta señora deberian de cambiarla siempre que he ido tiene su genio.. Caundo uno esta esperando y le programe la proxima cita se pone a hablar por telefono y dura su tiempo.. Nunca dice permitame deje tomo la llamada, como lo hecen regularmente., si no le gusta el trabajo para que esta ahi..

Tengo tiempo trayendo mis hijas aquí y cada que vengo se tardan mas,es horrible las enfermeras se tardan tanto uno tiene cita supuestamente y te pasan hasta después de una hora, no la recomiendo y si uno viene alas 6:30 am los doctores llegan una hora después y vienes saliendo hasta las 9 aunque uno sea el primero se tardan demasiado, ya estoy harta de eso así decidí cambiar de clinica,no la recomiendo para nada

I would personally give them 5 star, but I dont because there are days that the medical office assistants take forever to check you in. The 4 stars are for the pediatricians, in which in my opinion do a great job. The new staff that come in are usually the ones that slow things down because theyre new. My children have been attending for 9 yrs now. Luckily, I have medical experience and wouldnt allow anything I knew wasnt correct. I think I would do a good job there but my specialty is with the elderly. The staff is what gives the clinics their view and impression. If they dont work professionally it wont matter if the doctors are the best, but patients will leave and look for a clinic that will offer what they are looking for.

La peor clinica que ido 3 horas de espera y me dicen que despues me ablan para darme resultados de mi hijo paso una semana y nada y les ablo yo y me pasaban de un lado a otro y nadie me atendia tarde 6 horas llamandoles y me dejaban en espera ...no vuelvo a esta clinica ...un monton de gente trabajando ayi y servicio del peor

Es mi ultima vez que llevo mis hijos, para que resiven tanta gente si no la pueden atender. Tengo casi tres horas y no me pasan, no se lo recomiendo a nadie, no entiendo si llege 20 minutos antes de mi cita y los que llegaron una hora despues de mi los pasaron ya se fueron a sus casas y yo esperando es una burla o QUE????...

La peor clinica que puedes venir, después de 3 hrs d espera y para que al final no te atiendan. Y todavía t dicen que lleges 15 min antes pero no entiendo para que si llegas y todos pasan hasta los q llegan después de ti, Talvez sea para q conoscas gente! Clinica tan más mediocre

I love this place and am so glad my children go. They are short waiting times, never crowded, clean, friendly, dont rush you out the door, and answer the phones. I would strongly recommend to everyone. I am in the military active duty and I really wish we had medical doctors like this place does. And personally, the front desk staff has always been helpful to me. It has nothing to do with me in the military either because I have never gone in uniform.

I have taken my baby to this clinic since she was born, I love the Drs but the wait time is always way to long. I dont understand how they make you wait so long even if you have an appointment. Appointments should be priority since you make them for a reason.I completely understand when one day they fall behind but for the past 3 visits it has been the same.

My review is for the front office staff and the waiting room! The doctor we had for the short time we came here was nice and helpful but if you want somewhere where you get it and out this is not the place... crowded all day and the front office staff is a whole bunch of rude little girls... the side of town this office is in definitely fits this office..

My experience with Md Pediatrics has always been exceptional! I have been going there for years and the staff is very friendly. Front desk greets you with a smile, the nurses are also very nice and approachable. The manager also made sure that I was content with my visit. The doctor has a very special rapport with my kids. Highly recommend this place!!!

The Physician assistants are good. But there lack of communication is unbareable! The receptionists are soooooo rude, mean, and unprofessional. The office manager is pretty bad too, I had a billing error and she insisted that my private insurance wouldnt cover a sick visit. Dont waste your time going there. LOOK for somewhere else!

It was fast for first time patients. Very generous and helpful. I was able to get answers that I needed and children love this clinic and doctor that helped us. Looks like well be staying here from now on. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a good doctor for their child.
