I hardly ever write physician reviews mainly because I have so many to cover, and I am usually never always completely satisfied for one reason or another. Dr. Furman however is an exception in that he is one of those few physicians who genuinely care about understanding a patients overall health picture. I happen to be a "genetic cue ball" in that I was born with several congenital medical issues and I depend on physicians to keep me alive. Dr. Furman in my opinion, and experience lives up to very high standards of medical care. He was the only physician in about a decade who insisted in my getting a B12 shot. As it happens, that shot solved a chronic Rotator Cuff issue that had plagued me for years -- along with my orthopaedic surgeon. Dr. Furmans office staff is supremely professional. Yes, there is wait involved, and yes that can be frustrating for people. Perhaps the clinic could address that in due course. But once youre with Dr. Furman, believe me, you are in great hands. He cares about your health and he wont short change it.

I have been with Dr. Furman for 16 years and counting. I would recommend him for any one out there who is looking for a family doctor. He is very skilled, considerate, and will give you what your body needs, not more and not less. Those reviewers who are giving one star without saying anything substantive are not doing anyone any favor.

I called Dr.Furmans office for an appointment and his staff booked an appointment with another doctor without telling me. When i called them the day before my appointment, they said that you dont have any appointment with Dr. Furman.
