I have been seeing Dr Lee since I was a child, I am now 30 years old. When I was a child I was written a prescription for an inhaler to help with occasional minor asthma attacks. It takes about two years for me to go through an inhaler. I recently moved to Minnesota so I can not go in for a check up (I am in good health as far as I know and am never told anything new when I go in). I called to see if I could get my inhaler called into a CVS near where I live now, and the girl who answered the phone told me there is nothing she can do for me because I have not been in since the last time I needed the inhaler filled. I tried explaining the situation and how Dr Lee wrote me this prescription the first time more than 15 years ago, but she said there is nothing she can do and I needed to find a new doctor where I live now. Thank you for not being helpful.

Would love to give a great review but I cant because I wasnt allowed to see him. Was referred by a friend. Called and spent 15 minutes on the phone, was assured they do indeed take our insurance. Appointment confirmed. Drove almost 2 hours to get there.....and was told by the uncaring receptionist that they DO NOT take our insurance. The gal that approved it did not make an appearance. Dr. Lee, you really should take a look at your staff. Are they informed on insurance? Do they do their job out in the lobby or do they ignore people who come in because theyre too busy flirting with outgoing patients? We were so upset. Not only did they really NOT take our insurance but they really just didnt care about us, in the least. Shame on you and your staff.

Thanks Blue Cross for assigning me to this terrible business. Call in for the first time to make appointment with Dr. for my strep throat and I get the receptionist to tell me that they are no longer accepting new patients, I tell them that I was assigned to this PCP by the HMO plan, transferred to a new receptionist that first asks me why I need to make an appointment and then that they dont have any appointments for another 5 days. Very helpful.

Dr. James Lee is an amazing doctor. My family has been with him for a long time and he is always pleasant. He takes the time to explain what might have caused an issue you are experiencing and answers questions in a manner that is very easy to understand. He uses a very good system to keep track of your medical records in digital form and the hospital and xray locations are VERY close which helps a-lot.

Dr. Lee is very thorough. He does not easily prescribe medications without seeking alternatives that work. I highly recommend him.
