Dr. Chen is my family physician and his receptionist Theresa needs to be spoken to about her phone & in-person manners.. She was so very rude – unprofessional to respond to my question about faxing my Biometric Metric Form instead of making a special trip to deliver the form in-person. She replied when I asked for the fax#, You can fax it if it’s the only time you do so… I was speechless. She will hurt Dr. Chens business if thats how she responds to clients / patients of his... That response makes me want to seek out another family Dr… I’ve had other bad experiences with her on the phone, but that one really bothered me. (Thats why I am writing this review.) Everyone has an off day, but I have rarely been treated warmly from her - she is rude and totally lacks people person skills.

Dr. Chen is a wonderful Dr. I was a patient of his for over two years and hated to lose him as a Dr. due to insurance Hopefully insurance will change in November and I can return to his practice. I see Dr. Warrick now how is a great Dr. I have no complaints about her. Her staff on the other hand is lacking in returning calls and will place the blame on someone else. Please ask for the name of the person you are talking to so you will known who you are talking to so they cant blame someone else! Hopefully I will be able to return to Dr. Chen in November.
