Patient for 10yrs Professional, caring, real people. Excellent care. friendly, organized, knowledgeable staff. i will give the staff an A++. Ask them anything, they will get you an answer fast. Call backs are given the same day you call in to ask about a treatment, usually within the hour, but definitely the same day, they care. Doctor Dorrell is a direct, to the point, confident, knowledgeable physician. Do not expect small talk. Keep it to the point, others are waiting. With that said Doctor Dorrell will answer every question or concern you have in a way even i can understand. My wife and 2 girls will only go to Doc Dorrell, there choice. they trust him. His treatments work, if you follow his instructions. When i tell people Doctor Dorrell is my physician, all i hear is "Oh! Hes a good Doctor, i go to him too." I self pay. fees are affordable. Payment is expected at time of treatment. Walk in Mon-thurs 8am. expect a wait, especially Mondays. Fri, Sat, appointments only.

My boy got an ear infection. This clinic made me fill out 9 pages of materials and sign and date them about 20 times. We waited around for about two hours. He should have in my opinion been prescribed a oral antibiotic and a topical antibiotic for a non-topical ear infection. Instead they prescribed hydrocodone that was a bit too strong so he started to see the wall move and topical ciprodex suspension. However this is quibbling and he got some relief for his ear-ache. This clinic sees a lot of vacationers and if you do not have full US coverage you must pay the full amount before you see the nurse-practitioner. With US coverage you have to pay your full co-pay before you see the doctor. As with most Texas clinics they may have a doctor on duty or most likely not. A doctor in practise supervises a number of clinics during his or her workday.

My wife and i went there today. A nurse practitioner examined us for a simple exam and was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. He belittled my wife and I and treated us like we were illiterate. DO NOT STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE EVER!

Called before I came to see when they close and drove 30 minutes when I get there the nurse told me they closed an hour and a half early and to come back in the morning. Some of us have to work. Very inconsiderate ESPECIALLY because I called!

Dr. Tom Dorrell has been my primary Doctor for years. He has always provided the utmost care. The staff is friendly and professional. If you need a good Doctor this is the place to go.
