I like Dr Russell because he is compassionate and knowledgeable with children with challenging health issues (PANS/PANDAS), but I really do not know what to think about his office. It has been impossible to get a referral done. How hard can this be? My therapist are mad at me, because of their incompetence, we have to stop treatments because insurance will not pay unless he signs the referral that we even filled for him. He said he will sign it, but it has been a total of a month or so and nothing. So, if you are going to need his staff, do not even think about it.

I wear hearing aids and I noticed the flange of the part that goes in the ear was missing . I looked all over for the flange and couldnt find it. I was concerned that it may have been lodged deep in my left ear. So on 2-25-15 I went to Dr Rusell clinic. After filling out a bunch of forms and waiting about 45 minutes a PA examined my ear and informed me there was no obstruction in my ear. After I returned to my home in Wisconsin I had an appointment with my regular clinic AND THEY FOUND AND REMOVED THE MISSING FLANGE FROM MY EAR on 3-17-15. I can hear much better now.

Fub Bag

Got a urinalysis for a prescription, no mention of an extra charge for it. Got a bill from lab, not covered and was 200 bucks. Would have never agreed to this if I had any idea. Most places dont charge or charge a reasonable fee (40 bucks at the med center). Unless you would rather pay 200 bucks then drive to North Padre, dont go here.

Dr. Russell and his wife a CNP are a great asset to our island. They are very knowledgeable and keep updated on the newest treatments available. They are personal and the staff are excellent.

He treated my husband as a walk in. Everyone in the office was wonderful!! Dr. was great!! If I lived here I would go to him!
