By far, this is the best place to go! Experienced, knowledgeable, caring staff of professionals that always strive to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Although I live quite a distance away now, I will never stop going here for my glasses, contacts, etc. Thorough eye examinations, screenings, and a great choice of frames and lenses to fit every budget, including mine. Dr. Boyd, Dr. Doan, Brandy, and the rest of the staff always treat me with respect, and make my experience a pleasant one. I appreciate the time and efforts they have taken to help a family member with an unfortunate situation, and will always remember their kindness. Go here.......... you wont regret it!

I have a high chance of developing glaucoma and Ive always known that from previous doctor visits. When I first went to boyd eye care they told me that I would need advanced testing done and that it could be done there. I recently returned for the glaucoma work up and it turns out that I need an Ophthalmologist for additional testing and a second opinion. I figured that based on my previous visit with them that they could have referred me to the Ophthalmologist right there and then instead of misleading me to pay them an additional $250 for tests they could not perform.

I look forward to seeing everyone at Boyd Eye Care. I consider them my friends. My husband had a an eye issue. The staff and Dr. Boyd took us in even though they were about to close. After careful examination, they suggested that he go to a retina specialist. They made the appointment for us to go the next day. The specialist diagnosed him with a torn retina. The staff and Dr. Boyd were so caring, it helped ease our fear and today my husbands vision is restored. In addition, I have always received good customer service every year for my exams.

The folks at Boyd Eyecare have been extremely helpful with my son as he is starting to wear contacts. Today, just before school, my son opened his last pair of trial contacts and one was torn. He had also just broken his glasses. He was in a panic because my husband and I were both at work and could not leave to help him. I called and Brandy said she had a spare pair.She actually delivered them to him at school! I will not forget her kindness. My whole family has had nothing but good experiences with these nice people.

Boyd eyecare charged me $1049 for a $200 an office visit and a pair of glasses with $600 being just for the progressive lens. When they never delivered the glasses I got a refund from the bank. A month later I received a computerized telephone call telling me my glasses were ready to be picked up???? Meanwhile I had gotten glasses from another company for just over $100 for both the frame and lens only to discover the prescription was wrong and had to go to another office to get a second prescription.

I started coming to Boyd Eye Care, several years ago. They have filled my prescriptions correctly and within budget. As we all know there are so many options.....my previous doctors office would have to adjust my prescription after they filled it and it was never correct. Happy with staff and office they are very professional . Small office and small staff, with latest technology. They are refreshing change of pace.

My experience at Boyd Eye care was the best Ive ever had at any eye doctor. Everyone there was so nice and you could tell that they genuinely cared about their clients. They were so helpful and patient. The people that work there made me feel extremely comfortable. I will definitely recommend Boyd Eye care to anyone and everyone and I will be coming back in the future!

Great staff and all the up to date equipment, along with personal care of the doctors. Besides standard lenses, they offer Zeiss progressive lenses with clearer, wider vision and a good selection of frames. Nice part about the staff is there is very little turn over. Its a good place to work for, not just to do business - happy employees give better service.

I was pretty nervous about having to get glasses for the 1st time at 25. I walked out excited to pick up my glasses! I knew I was in the right place even before my exam listening to Sandy fit 2 other clients. They ALL seem to care about what they are doing, Ill never go to another eye doctor.

The staff was so friendly and very knowledgeable. They make my son and I feel at home which is important when you have a toddler. The whole process was very quick. I had both pair of my glasses within the hour after our visit. I will be coming here again and I highly recommend them!

My experience with Dr Boyd has been the best. I tried three other optometrists and my experience was not good. Dr Boyd really knows how to take care of his patients eye health. Been a patient since I was 16 (Im 29 now).

Not so much here. It took about 6 months and 5 pair of glasses to get it right. The problem seemed to be the lab and not so much them. I surely wont return for any surface.
