Added charges are exhorbanent. Watch them. Since when do we need xrays per tooth. I really feel the Office Manager was the only qualified person there. After our work, both me and my fiancée complained of rough feelings on our tooth surface. Overall, I would much rather go elsewhere. I had to complain to the office manager to get my annual teeth cleaning. I refused to allow their "advanced" or whatever they called it $400 teeth cleaning, which was then used as an excuse to not have to clean my teeth. Reading these reviews, I think the office staff wrote them. We met others in the office complaining about charges for the "free cleaning" - Their advertising doesnt match their commitment. In Fairness, IF I could give a half a star back, I would. The District sales manager called me and talked to me and offered to have the same office look at the teeth they left rough twice, IF I wished to see them again. At least they cared about their poor reviews. They asked me why I reviewed this 8 months after the visit. I said because while I was in their waiting room, I wasnt the only one there complaining, yet I read excellent reviews, with improper grammar. Makes me wonder who wrote the reviews. Just saying, everything on the internet is a fact....

I went there about a year ago and was going in to get a cleaning. I went in, they took my x-rays and checked my gums. Then they told me one of my teeth needed a crown because it was cracked, I told them that was fine, whatever needed done please do it. Well after a few more look overs they told me to meet with the financial manager to discuss pricing ( thought is was going to be about the crown). I went in and he showed me a recommendations list of what i should get. the price at the bottom was over $1400 and thats with insurance. So I walked in the dentist office thinking I would get my teeth cleaned, and walked out with still dirty teeth and a 1400$ bill. They also kept rescheduling my appointments because the Dr. had to go somewhere else. so I was paying on a bill that I havent even received the work because they kept rescheduling my appointments. So I got my money back and when to another dentist to find out that I didnt even need a crown... would NEVER recommend.

I have not been to the dentist in about 8 years and i needed some major work done. I was afraid of the cost and the whole process of getting it all done. From the moment I walked into the office I felt nothing but concern and compassion from every member of the staff. From the receptionist to the tech to the Dr. there was nothing but kindness in every course of treatment. They explained everything about what was needed, the best course to take in getting everything done, and explained my insurance benefits and what my out of pocket costs would be. The work i need done is expensive no matter where I would go but Aspen has made it possible to get the work done and pay as I go which makes is very affordable and doable for me. FINALLY HAVE RELIEF AND I AM ABLE TO SMILE!! Thanks to everyone who helped and made is possible to do what needed to be done. If I knew it would have been such a great experience I would not have put it off for so long.

As a new patient with an abscess, I was able to schedule an emergency assignment to Aspens Monroe, MI office since a closer office in Toledo, OH would have been over 1 week to get in. I was not able to get immediate treatment as I would have liked, however I did get a full exam and temporary remedy with prescriptions for antibiotic and pain reliever. I think the staff was friendly and professional and attentive to my needs. Since the Toledo office is closer, the Monroe, MI staff offered and would have been very accommodating to arrange for follow up appointments and to complete necessary treatments in Toledo. Instead I chose to follow up with the Monroe office 20 miles away due to their care. I dont remember her name, but I especially liked the dental assistant/x-ray tech who initiated my visit! Thank you.

Its unfortunate that I have to give this review because its unfair to the dentist that did a great job the office staff are idiot, at every location apparently. Second time I used them, second time my insurance was incorrectly ran and I was over charged. Had to bring in an explanation of benefits form, was told Id be contacted. Waited two weeks heard from no one. Called as was told it was going to be credited to my account there vs refunded and I demanded a refund. I paid half cash and half credit card and specifically asked it come back as a check and not to the card, was told it would and waited the 7-10 days. After 12 days I called again to be told it had just been sent, was pending, to the CREDIT CARD. unfortunate they have a good dentist and otherwise useless staff. Wont ever return.

I highly, highly recommend this office! I had unfortunate circumstances and had to put my dental work on the back burner. A huge thanks to this office for helping me get what I needed done in my budget and in a timely fashion. The specialist is wonderful! He knows exactly what hes doing, hes friendly and communicates well with his patients about whats going on. When one of my fillings went south he got me into his office asap to get it looked at and taken care of! The gentleman in the financial office, Mark, has been a huge help in helping me get on track. He is very genuine and looks at every way possible to work everything in your budget! The staff here is absolutely wonderful, I cannot recommend this place enough!

They did a great job. The only negative is. When I made my appointment. I asked if they have nitrous oxide. They assured me that they did. While in that office. Again, they said they had gas. The xrays went fine. Everything was fine. I kept asking about the gas. They finally told me that they didnt have it! I traveled 45 minutes to their office. And I was very scared. And to find out moments before my 2 teeth were to be pulled. That they had no gas. All I could do was cry. Overall, it was a good experience. I would recommend this Aspen location. The staff was very friendly.

Be ready to get taken to the cleaners with these clowns. About two years ago they quoted about 4k in work with included a bunch of canals/crowns. Went to Dr P in Monroe and those same teeth that needed canals/crowns were simple deep fillings. If you want unnecessary work done on your teeth Aspen is the place to go. Also many of you have bought cars at a car lot and got put in the backroom with a high pressure salesman, well Aspen adopted this model too and it seems to work for them more than triple what other dentists charge. Dont go to this chop shop!

One word amazing! I felt at home The staff was wonderful and the doctor was so patient and kind, but the best part about my visit was how educational and concerned the office manager Melissa was about my oral health I can definitely say she made way more aware of The importantants of oral health .But not only that I havent met such a Genuinely sweet and kind person. I honestly can say I have a positive perspective about going to the dental office thanks tonmy new pearly white comfy light dentures! I can actually smiles again
