Information only, be aware of when you carry dental insurance to this office. You need to make sure this office is in your dental insurance network before you make trip. %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%% Dr. and office staff are great. However, when I made an appointment with this dentistry based upon our pediatricians recommendation, I was explained over the phone that they accept the patient who carries MetLife insurance. Thats the thing I wanted to make sure before making trip. After the short treatment done today (treatment was to demonstrate how to brush teeth), I was told from the reception who dealt with billing that they are welcome to accept my insurance carrier, but they are NOT in network!!! So. I was charged with hefty fee for 10 mins of doctor seeing. After got back home, I contacted them over the phone if they can lower the fee because its due to misinformation or I was ill informed. The end result is the FEE CANNOT BE LOWERED DOWN. Make sure your insurance is IN NETWORK before making trip. Accepting or not accepting your kids in dentist office (I am not sure who cannot be accepted to see doctor unless doctor is in moral hazard) is NOT something you should ask.

My 3 1/2 year old son had to visit Dr. Sam because he had some cavities. Unfortunately my wife and I did not realize that young children should start seeing the Dentist as soon as their teeth start coming in and we did not realize the amount of damage that juice and snacks could do to a young childs teeth. My son is very strong willed and although Dr Sam did use sedation, it did not do much to calm my son. We had a very traumatic 2 hour visit that was handled excellently by the Dr and his assistant. My sons teeth look much, much better and although I am sure my son is not a big fan of having dental work, he nonetheless likes Dr Sam. The Dr. did a great job of explaining what the issues were, what options we had to address them. I would highly recommend Canton Pediatric Dentistry to my friends and family.

Seriously Dr. Sam is sooo patient and kind. My 3 yr old had 2 molars that had cavities. He recommended that we try just the laughing gas and shot - instead of putting her under. I really appreciated that he was willing to work on her teeth without knocking her out like most ped. dentists do. Then while he worked on her teeth she got to watch Frozen and Dr. Sam sang along! :-) He suggested we bring our twin 1.5 yr old girls to get their teeth cleaned and start getting them used to the dentist. I was worried cause they are so young. He had me hold them on my lap while he used a little baby toothbrush to clean their teeth and look them over. Everyone there is wonderful and my girls still love their little toys they got at the end of the visit. I have recommended them to all my friends!

Was not even able to get an appointment with their offices because my kids (ages 15 and 17) were deemed too old, even after I explained that we had seen Dr. Sam in his former practice regularly (they did not ask for my name so I know it was not based on past experiences with us personally which were all positive anyhow). They suggested we contact our family dentist since they were getting older. I informed them we had no established family dentist since I had to change dentists recently due to changes in our insurance coverage. Still they were not interested in seeing us. Disappointing.

Dr. Sam and the entire staff are awesome! Both of my kids have been going here for the past 2 years and they actually dont mind going to the dentist as most people do. The staff is very engaging and knowledgeable. I love how they focus on preventive care and go over good brushing habits with my kids. They take the time and are very attentive. I would recommend them to anyone.

They provide service that they dont tell you about and you only find out about it when it comes time to pay. Do not go here if you have private insurance. Its the biggest headache, they try to provide the most expensive service that typically would be covered by medicade but not by private carriers. You tell them not to and next visit they still screw you over.

My son needed an extraction of a tooth. We were referred by our dentist, brought our own X-rays and were charged for a consult. Then the appointment for the extraction was in July 2017. He ended up going back to our original dentist the same night to have his tooth removed. Its a ineffective office. Im highly disappointed.

My 2 year old daughter had to have her front two teeth pulled because she fell on the playground. He made this as pleasant and painless as possible for my daughter. She remembers that although she was very scared that it is always ok in the end. Great practice. Very nice people. Patient staff.
