I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I had to bring my 9 year old here to get an assessment. From the time we got there, from the time she was admitted I spent a total of 6.5 hours in a back waiting room, while nurses and doctors talked to her a total of 1.5 hours throughout that time. They typed in my phone number wrong, so no one called me for updates during her 72 hour hold, and I had to call several times to find out what was going on because no one could be bothered to pull the admission paperwork to verify my phone number after they realized that they clearly did not have the right one in the system. However, the billing department seemed to have no trouble, because it was them who called me at work to request a payment while my daughter was still there. Likewise, it was from the billing department that I found out that it was a 72 hour hold in the first place, because the incompetent nurses and doctors told me nothing. They also typed in my apartment number wrong, so I did not get my bills. I had to call to find out where the bill was in order to pay the balance. The estimate I received was $2800 for 3 days, which was consistent with the bill I finally got after I called to have my address corrected, totaling $2816 in charges. My daughter was there in October, 2016 and I paid the bill in full, I was told, on March 15, 2017. Imagine my surprise when now in almost May I receive another bill for $416, nearly 7 months after the service was provided. And to top it off, its about to go to collections! A bill Ive never seen, after Ive been told I paid the $2816 bill in full, theyre sending me to collections! These people are charlatans selling snake oil, making up fictitious charges to drive up your insurance costs and rob you of your hard earned money with no recourse. Unfortunately, I dont have the time to hire a lawyer to fight them on principle, and $416 isnt worth the headache, so Im doing the only thing I can do and writing a scathing review and hoping that it encourages people to vote with their dollars and go somewhere else, anywhere else. This place had BY FAR the worst service, most incompetent administrators Ive ever seen in my life, and they charge you top dollar for the inconvenience of serving you. If you have to go here, try to get someone to give you a complete list of charges that you agree to in advance and make them sign to it, because if you dont youll be sorry when they take you to the cleaners!!

I wish I didnt even have to give this 1 star...I had my loves one enrolled here 4-25-17...in unit 8B...this place is horrible and the staff here are extremely ghetto and unprofessional! It takes me a whole 30 mins of trying to get a hold of my loved one by phone because they barely answer it and the receptionist ALWAYS IS IN A BAD MOOD SMH...then they tell you to bring 2 pair of clothing and you put the patient name on the tags...I came to visit my loved one he had on SOMEONE ELSES CLOTHES EVEN DAMN DRAWS ! I expressed this is unsanitary and ridiculous that my loved one is not in his clothes...the staff tells me "oh the patients trade clothes and they WASH their clothes what the hell is an unstable person doing washing their clothes if they cant even think properly! So everyone in the unit had on other peoples clothes and the staff doesnt care nor go separating anything to get them back their clothes loved ones are LABELING N BRINGING TO THE UNIT.. On top of that my loved one came in weighing 180lbs now he is 153lbs they told me he hasnt been eatting or taking his meds so im like ok what the hell yall are not providing ENSURE OR SOMETHING AND ONE ON ONE THERAPY they said no its Up to the patient so basically he was neglected and starving here and they just let him walk around like a zombie and didnt offer any help..if i hadnt visit and spoke up they wouldnt have told me he is not eatting and losing weight and they kept giving him damn shots so his mouth was foaming and he look damn SICK LIKE A CRACKHEAD...i seen him and just CRIED i let him down bringing him to thIS HELL HOLE WHO DRAINS YOUR POCKETS AND THEY ARENT HELPING THE NURSES DONT CARE ABOUT TRYING TO GET YOUR LOVED ONE IMPROVING THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY PEOPLE ! ITS SAD PEOPLE NOW DAYS JUST DONT DO THEIR JOB N DONT CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING BC THEIR ISNT A PASSION HERE FOR ACTY HELPING PEOPLE ITS SAD...THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN...ON TOP OF THAT MY LOVED ONE HASNT BATHED IN A WEEK...THEY DONT ENCOURAGE YOUR LOVED ONES TO SO ANYTHING BC THEY SAID O THEY ARE GROWN..WELL DUH THEY ARE "GROWN" BUT NOT STABLE SO DECISIONS HAS TO BE MADE TO BETTER THEM...WHAT THE HELL ! PLEASE MY LOVED ONE WOULD HAVE "DIED" IN HERE IF I DIDNT REMOVE HIM FROM THIS DEVILISH PLACE ! ! PLEASE PEOPLE IM NOT MAKING THIS UP RECONSIDER !

FIRST THE ONLY REASON I GAVE YOU ONE STAR IS BECAUSE I NEEDED THE SPACE TO WRITE! Next, I demand that you repremand the intake worker on July 5, 2017 around the 1:00 - 2:00 AM hour. Ive never been treated so rudely. For her job to be offering me assistance with my mental health she completely is incompetent and if I lived near closer I would be there in the morning to request a response as to if this is the assistance condoned to be offered to all or any patient thereby if so Id like information as to whom I could speak regarding this policy. As I know all individuals need their jobs for this worker im sorry but you are the one exception in my opinion you need ethics training, service assistance training and much more at your own expenae. All you deserve is to be fired with no other option offered. Seeing as my health meant nothing to you so should yours mean nothing. Dr. Aleem is my heart hes been there for me for over twenty years and I refuse to allow you to darken his name as the physician incharge at this hospital. Im glad to leave my name and number but not even in hopes you will call to apologize so please DONT CALL ME because I can promise you that call will not go ws youd expect it to by no means. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!!!!!! This place is a complete joke. You will not get the help you need from here. Throughout the building is completely filthy, the only cleaning they do is push the dirt in the corners and under the bed so you cant see it. The bedrooms are covered in graffiti. The groups are run by idiots who dont talk about how to get better, just talking about what "fun facts" we have. The family session is run by a person who you havent met once in your entire stay, obviously doesnt know anything about you, and ask surface questions. The staff treat the patients like they arent human, dirty glances if you ask them for a simple item. Patients are self harming and nothing is being done, fights happen and nothing gets done about it. Please do not go here, go to Ridgeview instead!!!!
