Excellent & Superb service GUARANTEED at Dr. Potts dental office in Camarillo, CA. I have always said “….a happy patient is worth more than a thousand dollars!” Why…merely because that happy patient will be a loyal patient, we become more like family. My former dentist always over sold me services that was making me go broke, not only broke but in a lot of pain with extensive unnecessary procedures. I felt that my teeth were the worst ones in town. Wow! Then when it came down to cleaning, I never knew what a good thorough cleaning was until I came here. At my old dentist they would just polish my teeth with very minimal cleaning done. I can say that now that I know what an actual cleaning is. At Dr. Potts office not only are they very courteous, but they are team of professionals. They are up-to-date with the latest technology and services the dental field has to offer. I don’t think they have ever left me uncertain about their training and professionalism. You can tell that the entire staff if highly informed and educated in the dental field. I recommend you, the reader, to come in to Dr. Potts dental office. Dr. Potts and sons are great dentist! Yo siempre he dicho ".... un paciente feliz vale más que mil dólares!" ¿Por qué ... por el mero hecho de que paciente feliz será un paciente leal, nos volvemos más como una familia. Mi ex dentista siempre me vendió más servicios que me yo necesitaba, me hacía ir a la quiebra, no sólo rompió mi bolsillo, pero en era una gran cantidad de dolor con extensos procedimientos innecesarios. Sentí que mis dientes eran los peores de la ciudad. Wow! Luego, cuando llegó el momento de la limpieza, no sabía lo que una buena limpieza a fondo hasta que llegué aquí. En mi antiguo dentista que simplemente pulir los dientes con una limpieza muy mínima hecho. Puedo decir que ahora que sé lo que es una limpieza real. En la oficina del Dr. Potts no sólo son muy amables, pero son un equipo de profesionales. Ellos están al día con la última tecnología y los servicios del campo que la odontología tiene que ofrecer. No creo que alguna vez me han dejado dudas sobre su formación y profesionalidad. Se puede decir que todo el personal estan altamente informados y educados en el campo dental. 15 years ago my dentist realized he was in over his head with all the problems I was having, and had no idea how to help me anymore. I called Dr. Michael Potts in tears, thinking I was going to end up with no teeth, and nothing left to attach dentures to. The receptionist I spoke to at his office assured me he could help, and they fit me in right away. Mine was a very difficult case, but he explained all my options, and the process we would have to go through to save my remaining teeth, and build upper and lower appliances that would enable me to look, and eat, like a normal person. He started the work before I had funds available and saw me almost weekly for the next few months. I ended up with a beautiful smile, and a great appreciation for Dr. Potts and his staff. All these years later, whenever I have any problems, they fit me in and take good care of me. I love his staff, and I enjoy going there enough that I joke about making excuses to come in ahead of schedule. If you are looking for a dentist you can trust to give you the help you need, you will find him at Potts Dental. They are very knowledgeable, very kind, and the best of the best of the best!

Ive been going to Potts dental for over 10 years and have always been very pleased with the entire experience, from the quality of the work to the friendliness of the staff. The entire staff have become friends that I look forward to seeing. Both Doctor Potts Sr. and son Derek are excellent and stay on top of the latest advancements in dentistry. The rest of the medical staff are also very good and very nice. Ive had everything done from cleanings, to multiple dental implants, crowns, surgery, you name it. For a dentist office, this is as good as it gets... very little discomfort, fast healing, great results. I have recommended them to my daughters and other family members and they are very happy as well.

I love Potts Dental, and I will never go anywhere else again! The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. They make you feel at ease during every dental procedure. They explain things clearly, they are caring, and they make you feel like family! When I had a cavity, they took the time to explain all the details to me -- which is so nice for someone who isnt familiar with dentistry! I like being shown the x-rays because, in the past, Ive had dentists over-diagnose me. I know I can trust Dr. Potts, Dr. Derek, and Dr. Zac. Plus, all the hygienists are amazing. I always leave with my teeth feeling clean and sparkly -- such a difference from other places! I used to dread going to the dentist, but now I dont.

After years of bad dentists I have finally found the dentist I am going to stay with forever! I have had work done by all three Dr. Potts but use Derek Potts most frequently. The work done here is second to none. They are honest and tell you what do and dont need. I had nothing but problems with my last dentist. With just 2 visits Dr. Derek Potts was able to fix all the mistakes my last dentist made at a fraction of the cost. I even got a filling without having to be numbed and it didnt hurt!! The people here are amazing and I cant say enough good things about them. I guarantee after one visit you will be hooked for life as well. I would give them more stars if I could!

I have been driving to Camarillo from Los Angeles for years, just to see Dr. Potts. After trying out numerous dentists closer to home I have decided it is worth the extra time and effort for me. I feel Dr. Potts has my dental health on his mind, and I absolutely trust him not to recommend treatments I dont really need. The dental work he performed (including several crowns) has always looked and held up great. When I developed a very painful and difficult to diagnose condition recently he (and all his staff!) showed much compassion and patience in discussing my treatment options at referred specialists. I cant thank them enough. And I will be back, of course.

I just moved into the area, and was very nervous to see a new dentist. I hadnt been to one in a few years, and I was embarrassed because I had a feeling that I probably had a couple of cavities. So when someone recommended Potts Dental, I made an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I neednt have worried. Dr. Derek was great. He made me feel at ease immediately. He was so kind. Personal, yet professional. The office staff was great, too. I will definitely continue to go back to Potts Dental (and not wait years between checkups!). =)
