The only thing I like about this clinic is my ob dr. The ladies in the front are rude. And do not make you feel welcome. I will stand in line and they dont even acknowledge that I am here until I make eye contact with someone. At least say "hello Ill be with you in just a second" that would suffice. I also like the health administration across the parking lot from the main clinic. Just like customer service, make your customers or patients in this case, feel welcome enough to come back. Half the time I dread having to walk into this place because I am treated so differently. Again only by the ones in the front. As well as they refuse to listen to you!!!! Ugh this place I will NOT see this place my next pregnancy.

Now youre able to Check in on computer. Only takes a couple minutes. I finally got a Primary Dr, got dr/patient relationship where it needed to be and he left! Then I saw Dr. Cruz once, he learned all about my many medical issues, got me into specialist, straighted out most problems of meds/specialists/etc Before I saw him for a 2nd visit! He cares, is informative, works with and for you, actually Listens and knows my history.! Got a great Dr!!! Im very pleased.

some of the doctors dont listen well. Some want to rush you out so they dont care about proper treatments. They keep canceling appointments and rescheduling. Definitely dont recommend this place. You dont need the extra pain due to this place on top of the one youre already experiencing.

Some of the front desk employees are very rude. The wait was 1hr an a half to 2 hrs. and another hour in the room. Ridiculous Dr Bryant is the rudest PA Ive ever had to deal with.

Billing is a mess. They didnt contact me till I was almost sent to collections after the front desk gave me the impression I had paid in full. Will not be returning.

Ive been trying to call to get in all day and Ive waited on the phone for over an hour. Hate this place wish my doctor ( who is amazing) was somewhere else

Waited for 3 hours to be seen and the doctor I seen was kind of rushing me out and didnt really look for my baby!so irritating!

I dont know if its just me but everytime I try to call them I am on the phone minimum 20 minutes before I can speak to someone.

Friendly and knowledgeable doctors and staff. One of the first clinics to accept Tularecare. Very clean and organized.
