I just got off the phone with the receptionist. She sounded pissed off that I was NEW and wanted to try their dentistry she was like we cant see you anytime soon until like next month and Im like thats okay others have told me until March if this is the soonest thats available Im okay she said they charge 200 something for just examining and Im like okay Im not worried about ans she asked what insurance and I just said cash and she sounded pissed again that I said that like maybe its shady that I pay in cash but Im an independent contractor we dont have insurance so yeah then but she was still pissy and was like we still would see you but not even have time to do your fillings that same day and our teeth whitening isnt the laser light we dont do that here you do it yourself and results might not look as good as others everyones different like almost like she wanted me not to go its a shame doctors seem so nice and I was really looking forward to finally getting this filling pain out of my head but I guess you dont like new customers I dont know

I did not have a good experience with Settimi Family Dentistry. The staff (minus the dental hygienist) were not very friendly and the receptionist in particular could be very hard to interact with. I know how hard it is to not appear frazzled, stressed/annoyed when working with the public. However, when you are in a position in which you are working with the public, especially in the medical field, you cannot allow your frustrations to be so apparent. On a positive note Settimi Family Dentistry did help me with my dental problem and did a good job at seeing me on short notice; but I was not just looking for a quick fix but my next permanent dentist. Unfortunately, they were not what I was looking for long term.

Dr. Janine and Stephanie are very good dentists. They are very skilled at dentistry and they explained my dental problems and what needed to be done to fix them. They also offered lifestyle advice to prevent future problems. Also, when making the necessary modifications, they did an excellent job fixing my teeth such that when I close my mouth, my teeth line up properly so theres no abnormal pressure on one tooth (that was a problem with my previous dentist). I am very happy with Dr. Janine and Dr. Stephanie. My wife Genie and son Max are going in to see them next week.

Beginning with the front office, you meet friendly and attentive people. The experience continues through the appointment until you walk out the door. Prior to your appointment, you are given an estimate of the cost for the procedures you need so you dont have any surprises to deal with. Ive never met a more kind, caring, and non-judgemental staff when it comes to working with my daughter. Thank you!

I have been going to Settimi Family Dentistry for many years. The office staff is friendly and very helpful. There is very little wait time upon arrival. They do a great job caring for your teeth. Dr. Settimi is sweet and caring. My children feel comfortable going there and look forward to the special prize after their visit. Id recommend this dentist office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

They make me very comfortable and are always able to accommodate me with my difficult schedule and rescheduling. I would recommend them to anyone. The office staff were awesome in getting us in to get the issue corrected and of course the Doctor was the best in seeing what we wanted and explained everything so I could understand what he needed thank you very much.
