6/8/17 This place is the worst place (Tower District)to go to. Staff never answers phone or return calls. They are RUDE, like they hate their jobs. Very unprofessional. They cater to Hispanic community because they dont complain, but this Hispanic did. Ok, so today 6/9/17, I take my mom back to what he calls himself..a doctor of dentistry and I start to tell him about how they treated my mom and he jumped on my ass. I guess that tells me about his patient care and what they mean to him. This office on Shields appears to have staff that are better than the office in Tower District. In any case, Dr. Nunez is not even a 3rd choice for a dentist for me. He is an old grumpy Hispanic man who thinks woman should not be heard. He is filthy and needs dentistry work done on himself and maybe a wig or new shoes. He is not very clean and I would not even sit in a chair in his office. Additionally Wendy who was the one who treated us rudely was there kissing my moms ass. Listen people, the reason Im posting this ..is cuz in this day and time, there is absolutely no reason anyone should be treated in this manner. Medi-cal or not. If you display yourself in a unprofessional manner because you dont like your job, then move on. If you have to work, thats not my fault. If you think the phones ring too much at your office job, then go work the fields like I did. There are no phones there. The worst thing of all is that most staff, is hispanic...what happened to taking care of our own and respecting the elderly? This one male staff at Shields office that helped my mom, was so awesome and so was Lupe. I give credit and props where it is deserved. The rest of you, including the DD (dirty dentist), do your job.
