If I could choose less then one star I would. The customer service at this branch is attrochous. Ive been to other stores and have never recieved this bad of service; it almost makes me not want to go back to LenseCrafters at all! If you plan on visiting them, expect to be waiting at least an hour and a half, if not more, for someone to talk to you. I know, Ive been in there twice trying to place the same order. As well, the employees dont seem to have any direction or know whats going on.

Fantastic customer service!! They were amazing! It was really busy in there and they still managed to keep everyone happy. Not to mention their selection. They have a large selection of high end frames as well as frames if you are on a budget.

Good service. A lot of people but didnt have to wait too long. Glasses were done in a week instead of two weeks like they said. They text you when they are ready for pick up. Satisfied
