I have been to 2 of the locations in Sacramento and my review is the same for both. The Optometrist I saw was professional and explained everything in detail. The receptionists at both locations are friendly enough. Nothing that makes you feel like your business is truly appreciated but nothing negative either. The same can not be said about the opticians. The opticians at both locations were rude. They act very snobby and make you feel as if you are taking up their valuable time. I was truly shocked by their attitudes. This was not just one experience. It happened every time my family and I went into the office and had dealings with the opticians. Enough is enough. We will not be going back. There are so many eye centers in Sacramento, I strongly recommend picking a different business where you will be treated with respect. - I read the other 1 star review and can sympathize. We also received glasses that were not made correctly.

EYEcenter Optometric in Gold River is where you want to go for contact lenses and glasses. Have been a patient there for 2 years. Each visit there has been exceptional. Dr. Coen is knowledgeable and friendly, and makes sure your eyes are well taken care of. The staff is warm and welcoming, and always willing to help you out. Facility is professional and clean, with new technology for analyzing vision correction and overall optometric health. Large selection of frames for picking out glasses, as well as sunglasses from name brands such as Oakley, Maui Jim, Ray Ban.

Dr. Coen and staff are terrific! We have been patients for 3 years and have had wonderful service, friendly and helpful fittings and thorough eye exams and competent advice from Dr Coen. Our 4 and 6 yr old daughters had their first eye exams by Dr Coen, and he made it an enjoyable and fun experience for them. This helps promote the importance of eye health and regular eye exams for them. We highly recommend this optometric practice for families and adults!

I have been going here for five years and have never had a problem. My prescription is very complicated and they have always done a terrific job ensuring that my reading glasses and my computer glasses are just right. The only hiccup I have had is when I ordered sunglasses - not such a good experience, but it was more the size and style of frame than anything else.

I have been a patient of Eyecenter Gold River since 2006. The customer service here is off the charts great. I am not a fan of glasses, and I really need a frame made by Otter Box. No matter how often I mess up my frames, the staff is kind and patient with me. They are willing to be really honest about the style of frames on my face, too!

I met four of these doctors and they are all awesome and actually, really fun. They have a really cool machine that takes a picture of the inside of your eye so that you dont have to have your eyes dilated. Their website allows you to make appointments, they can text you your appointment time - very technologically up to date.

They have the latest technology, so you dont have to have your eyes dilated. Awesome. The dispensary is beautifully designed and carries a nice variety of luxury brands and other affordable options. The optician I worked with was super nice and helpful.
