This is undeniably the WORST place to get any kind of procedure done. The first time I went, my insurance company was charged for tests that I did not receive. When I called the office to correct it, one of the doctors told me that the tests were standard procedure and that I must have received them, even though I told her that I did not. The second time I went, I got the same procedure, but when I called on Friday to review my medical record, I was told that I would have to pay $5 to view them. After I continued to ask questions regarding my options for viewing my medical record, the woman on the phone stated that she would upload my records to the portal by 5 that day. Its now Wednesday and no record of my last visit. I called today asking for the record to be uploaded, but was put on hold for over 20 minutes, after which the woman on the other end told me that they needed more time to find my record. One thing is for sure, if you ever need a sketch procedure done with little oversight and an environment not as regulated as an actual doctors office, this is the place to go. I absolutely refuse to go through this again. If this is your only choice, ASK QUESTIONS. If what they say sounds sketchy, keep on asking questions. Ask the name of the person who is doing your procedure, ask what tests you are receiving and why, and if you have a copay, ask what you are paying for. Also, ask for a list of procedures that you have received and ask one of the doctors or assistants to sign it. They will try to discredit you for an oversight on their part.

First off let me say, I am a first time mother...somethings i may be overly dramatic but i am learning. I love James he is one of the assistants there every time he sees my son he remembers his name and is very friendly...sometimes i want to say hey i am his mother you can talk to me lol...never the less James is great. Dr.Aline is okay as well as Dr.Gonzalez she iswonderful to but she works out of an office in Stockbridge was very sad to see her go......now Dr.Donovan Christi is the worst....he is not friendly at all and talks to people down his nose...I only went to this office for my son because it was said to be a "kids care" office...so not true. If you have a active and walking 10 month old baby like i do......please spare your feelings and time by not coming to this office...it is not a childrens environment. There are no toys for the children,games, or anything playful for the children to be entertained. That may not be bad if you didnt have to wait 3+ hours for your appointment. That may not even be bad until after all your waiting and your exhausted of boredom child meets the Dr. from hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not ever again will i let my son be seen by him or this office.....

The office environment has severely suffered in the last few years. Ive been going to see Dr Christie for many many years now, Ive followed him from 2 other offices he used to have in the area. I am very disappointed in the way the office is run and the cleanliness of the office. Dirty exam tables, dusty/dirty floors, etc. There are a few nice staffers (the ones whove been there the longest) and there are others who act like they could care less to be there. I called just today to make an appointment for my immunization and was told they have none in stock and it would be a month or more before they get any in. Its sad that I have to change doctors after so many years but unless they clean the place and retrain their staff I wont be back.

I love that Anwan practices Integrative Medicine- in other words, they wont just shove pills at you, they will suggest alternative therapies, including lifestyle changes, exercise, and better food choices. However, Ive had difficulty with their office opening late, being very slow (I had a 9:30am appt, and wasnt seen til after 11am), and trying to suggest tests which are not covered by insurance. I also had some very condescending comments made by one of the doctors regarding my infant son. ("Youre doing the right thing and breastfeeding, right?" I was, but on behalf of all of my friends who are unable to... um FU.) So while they are adequate for now, I am currently seeking another PCP for my family.

I like the technology of everything being automated.. I like the link provided i can make appt online check my prescription online any lab work its provided for me in my portal online. Im an online kinda girl so it works for me. I called left a msg revived a call.back a few days later. And have been going there for a year now... me and myother enjoy the fact that they have alot of machinery in the facility meaning we dont have to go to specialist to much exams blood work and even a special regimen diet can be put together as well as the desire to find another way other than prescription medicine..

For the most part, my husband and I have had a decent experience as far as seeing the doctors and getting adequate treatment..but coming to the front desk and dealing with the Hispanic attendant is less than desirable. Shes not friendly. She does not smile. She seems to always be on the phone, even when Im in front of her trying to handle things, but any time I call I can never get through. The other offic staff, I havent had a problem with..actually they have been pretty friendly and I do get to see the doctor in a timely manner. I dont like that its not kid friendly as far as the waiting room.

The staff were very friendly. They perform malpractice unprofessionalism. And contaminated many things. Very unorganized and nasty. I went for a Tb test and the lady did not wear gloves she sanitized my arm then blew on it and then tried to wipe it away. She did not wash her hands and she put me right next to all the urine and blood samples then she tried to put a bandage on my arm.... I will never go back once I get my Tb reading. Being in the medical field thats a discrase. Such unprofessionalism.

My children have been going to this medical center since birth. At the beginning it was a great place to visit with friendly staff and great doctors. Within the past five years there staff has changed for the worst. My childrens immunization records were lost (by them) and I was told that this was my fault. The staff is now very disrespectful to anyone who questions them. I am sad to say that this office has become another "getto" office only out for money and no longer practicing to help people.

Dr. Christie is simply put, "the greatest" Doctor I have ever seen. I will not see anyone but him because he is the only one who can cure what bothers me. He listens to whats bothering you and gives you the best medicine and advice that you need. Thanks Dr. Christie!!!

Terrible...they never answered the phone...I had to drive 30 minutes to get there and then they were rude! I didnt have a good experience but to each his own. Black folks have to do better!
