Several times we went to the Little Clinic and were really pleased. Last week we drove to this location on Saturday and it was closed.There were signs all over the store giving hours that the clinic was supposed to be open 7 days a week. The pharmacy said the hours were sporadic but the recording states they are only open Monday through Friday now. Apparently they are not open until 8 anymore either. Everyone knows if your kid or you gets sick it will most likely be on the weekend or after hours when you cant get to your doctor. Who has 75-100 dollars to pay for urgent treatment? I was really excited about this place..it has saved me a couple times from having to pay crazy fees and helped us get back on the mend quickly. Too bad its become unreliable...hopefully it will come back.

I have never had anyone treat me this way in my whole life. I went to be seen and the provider and the clerk were too busy talking when I first walked in, I was treated like I had interrupted their conversation. I completed signing in and sat down. When the clerk asked for my information and I gave it to her she continued to be rude and rolled her eyes several times. She treated me like I was an idiot and as someone who is in the medical field I will tell you that this is not the field for you if you cant deal with the public. I ended up asking for my information back and said I would go elsewhere. Do not recommend this place whatsoever. When someone is sick, they want to be provided care, not treated with disrespect.
