Very Unprofessional - we went there for an appointment. We were supposed to get paperwork after the appointment to have filled out - they didnt have it at that time. They said we would have to come back another day to pick it up. We called 3x to see when we could come by - no calls back. I went in on my own and they didnt have the paperwork ready. This completely messed up our ability to have a follow up appointment because this was paperwork the school would have to fill out. I asked the front desk "Why arent we getting calls back? How do we fix this? We really need help - and you guys arent even bothering to acknowledge us". She didnt have an answer so we canceled our follow up appointment. No interest in resolving the problem or following up with us. My wife & I were very professional in dealing with them. A total waste of time and money on our part.
Dr. Rizvi is awesome and has helped me deal with some of the most difficult times Ive been through. If something doesnt work, hell find something that does. Heather is amazing and Im shocked that anyone on here would say otherwise. I know shes insanely busy but she goes above and beyond the call of her job to help. Shell call pharmacists that wont do their jobs and gets pre auths done in 2 seconds.. Ive worked at an urgent care.. The person in charge of those could take a week to even acknowledge it. She doesnt get enough credit on here she basically runs that place and does a damn good job, shes friendly and understanding. So you must be talking about a different heather that worked there a long time ago because you couldnt be more wrong. Id definitely be up the creek without her there.
Great doctors, HORRIBLE staff. I go there because I love my doctor and havent been able to find anyone else. The staff doesnt return numerous phone call messages. When you call, its almost impossible to get an actual person on the phone. If you have to cancel an appointment, even if you leave 2 messages days before the missed appointment, you will still be charged. Forget it if you have to schedule an appointment for that same week because staff wont return your phone call. Sometimes its not an emergency, but after a week of no returned calls, it BECOMES an emergency. NOT something you can go to the ER for. Very disappointing. Save yourself the trouble and start out somewhere else, otherwise youre stuck with a doctor who knows you, but a staff that ignores you.

Good staff, poor scheduling/booking. Pros: Decent psychiatrists and counselors, at least the ones I worked with. Decent receptionists. Cons: Overbooked office and waiting room. Plan on having limited appointment hours that you have to book 4-8 weeks in advance. Schedule cancellation fee is $75 if not called prior to 11am the business day before. Overworked receptionists. Always a line at the check-in counter. 90% of the time when you call to speak to a receptionist it gets turned over to a voicemail because the receptionist is so busy. Not a bad place just too much volume for a practice its size.

Go elsewhere. Poor administration, over booked, unresponsive. The medical professionals I experienced here were alright, though nothing spectacular. However, the fact that the doctors that practice here are booked 6-8 weeks in advance makes for a nightmare in acquiring consistent treatment. Attempting to book an appoint with a Psychiatrist for a date before your prescription runs out? Tough. A clear emphasis on quantity ($) over quality. I would certainly stay away if you are serious about receiving treatment on a consistent basis.

Zero stars. All they are interested in is in collecting money from patients. First visit despite the deductible having been fulfilled with the insurance, they demanded to collect full payment front as escrow. I was not the patient, but I know the patient. Therapists miserably failed to provide basic services creating a catastrophic situation by providing a clean bill of health to the patient who clearly had issues. Find another place. All they want is your money.

Completely unprofessional. They call you less than a week before your appointment (that took you 3 weeks to get) to inform you that the doctor you are supposed to see is no longer accepting new patients. Oh but they can get you in A MONTH later. They clearly do not care about the patients or helping them get better. I would find some place else.

The therapists are professional, caring, and high quality. My only complaint is the extreme difficulty you have to go through to get a new appointment or change therapists. The woman handling new appointments is unprofessional and frustrating to deal with. But if you can get past her, youll have a great experience.
The therapist are great, Karen C, is wonderful. However the person that you have to deal with to make the appointments, Heather, is very unprofessional and frustrating. It seems Im not the only person having a frustrating experience with her. She needs to be reminded who her customers are.
Called during business hours to schedule an appointment and I was put to voicemail. No one has called me back. Decided to email and the lady forwarded my email to the front desk and still no response.
dr Rizvi is excellent !!!! customer service I see are always there to better service and help customers, Office manager will go out of her way to help out . Thank you SBHC seniz yasar
Copay decreased from $25 to $15. Like Dr. Park and Dr. Wilensky. Insurance covered. Doctors are helpful. Appointments are easy to schedule.
We love love love Dr. Chitlu! She is absolutely wonderful with kids. Weve gone for several years now and highly recommend her.
Wow money management experiences needed come here.. But I like Dr, yer Mohammad. He is the reason I straighten coming here.
Love Dr. Band, he is excellent. He doesnt accept insurance but he is worth paying for. He takes time with the patients.
It shouldnt take 8 days for a phone call to be returned. Terrible customer service.
