I’ll have to say I’ve finally found a great eye doctor in Dallas after 6 yr of traveling back to Kansas to see my hometown eye doctor. I’ve had a bad experience with doctors in Dallas which made me feel that there is not a single doctor that can accommodate these blind eyes of mine. A friend had suggested me to go and they’ll make sure I will walk out with a wonderful experience. Boy, was she right or what…I walk out with the brightest smile on my face. There was great customer service, knowledgeable staff and especially great expertise in today’s eye glass fashion. I don’t think anyone can walk out of there without getting at least 2 pairs of glasses. I myself, have to come back to get another pair. Overall, I trust Swiss Eyecare with my eyes and I will be expecting to see them every year! Thanks

I am confident to say that I can trust this doctor 100 percent. He was very professional about his work, but also very sincere and warm. I appreciated how he took the time to make sure I understood everything I needed to know. Honestly, I do not like wearing glasses and consequently, only use contacts, but with the many varieties he had to offer, and with the advice of the people who worked there, I was able to find a pair that fitted both my look and my needs. I find myself recommending Swiss Eyecare to my friends just after my first visit. I, personally, am going to make him my staple optometrist every year.

Went for the useal eye exam and pair of glasses like I always do when I visit the eye doctor. During the eye exam the doctor suggested contact lenses. I was a little hesitant since I have not worn contacts in over 10 years due to bad experience the first time around. The doctor assured me that contact lenses have improved greatly. He gave me a complimentary temporary pair to wear. Long story short I got the contact lenses and pair of eye glasses. I have not worn my glasses much. The lenses are great. The doctor and the staff were awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I am definitely going back.

I have worn glasses since i was 2. I have never had such a wonderful experience in my life. Eventhough i just wanted a prescription for new glasses and contacts, Dr An did a thourough ocular health examination and even took photos of the inside and ouside of my eye to make sure there was nothing wrong with them. I had more testing and explanation done than ever. When it was time to pick out my eyewear the staff was not pushy or tried to sell me things i didnt need. I love my glasses and cant explain how much i enjoyed the entire experience. If you need an optometrist you have to go here!!!!

This doctor is fine, but I will never order glasses from this store again. They told me they would send my order to the lab three weeks ago. I have called repeatedly to check on status and was given a perpetually sliding due date. Today they told me that they didnt even send the order to the lab until 2 weeks after I placed the order! There are just too many eyewear vendors out there (including in the same plaza as this company) to deal with this nonsense. If you value your time and sanity - look elsewhere!

I had two pairs of glasses prepared by Swiss Eye Care a few years apart. I had excellent results both times. This was only my second experience with an optometrist. I came to them after having a very poor experience with another Carrollton optometrist. Both times were excellent experiences making the appointment, getting a thorough, accurate exam and explanation of the process, and getting the glasses just the way I wanted them. I would unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone.

Came here due to a recommendation from a friend, and have now switched to Swiss Eye Care from my previous optometrist of over 10 years. Dr. Ans personalized service is evident in his passion and commitment to the health and well-being of your vision. I was surprised to see how many small details he remembered from our last visit, which again reinforces the level of personalized care they provide. The tasty hot beverages provided are also a plus too!

This place just opened and they were really great the staff helped me pick out my glasses and make sure I didnt look like the "superstar" nerd. They even stayed with me after business hours because I couldnt choose. The Doc even checked my sons eyes as a courtesy and let me know what I needed to do and that was real awesome... Thank you swiss!!!!!!!!!
