Disappointed. I skipped (was in a hurry) part of the eye exam thinking I would be back the following week to pick up my glasses and would get it done then. Once it got around for me to choose glasses I realized they were WAY out of my price range. I was told there was an "economy package" of glasses I could choose from. I finally picked some out and was told the $150 credit towards glasses wouldnt count towards the glasses I chose from the economy package. I pointed out that the Groupon did not say anything about having to buy brand name glasses in order to use the credit. The lady simply said, "Oh, sorry it was misprint." I could have saved myself $15, mileage (I live near downtown dallas) and just gotten the eye exam with no glasses credit at Walmart and I didnt even get the full eye exam here. I havent even heard from them so I could go back for the rest of my eye exam or to try and resolve this issue.They made an easy $70. 2 stars for friendly staff.

Dr. Heeg and his staff are very professional and friendly. I made the move to progressive lenses and had many questions. Dr. Heeg spent the extra time answering my questions and asking me questions to find out what what other options would benefit me, for my life style. He was also very patient when I went back and fourth from prescription to prescription to allow me pick the exact right one. His tech, Nadia, was also a huge help fitting me with frames. She explained the fitting process and took measurements 3 times to make sure my glasses were precisely fitted. I would highly recommend putting the care of your eyes in the friendly, competent and skillful hands of Dr. Heep and staff.

First they lost my prescription, and then once it was "found", it was incorrect. Dr. Heeg seems nice, but when confronted with this issue, was argumentative and talked over me without listening to my concerns when I pointed out that there was a mistake, and my prescription was wrong. I am very disappointed in this office as I have been a patient here for several years. After seeing this side of Dr. Heeg, I will not be returning. His front office staff is trying to do more than they have knowledge of causing disorganization and as a result providing poor customer service.

The Dr. and all his employees are very nice, but was disappointed with the attentive of my contact order. Was asked if I wanted them mailed to me, which I did, was told ship 1-2 business days. After 10 days I called the office because I have not recieved them yet. Found out they were shipped to the office instead of my home 7 days ago, with no phone call to inform me they had arrived, that did not sit well with me.

I would highly recommend Dr. Heeg and his staff to anyone needing eye care of any kind. Everyone in his office is very professional, helpful, kind and caring, going the extra mile to ensure you are happy with your choice but most of all you can see with the product purchased. My family has received excellent eye advice/care at Dr. Heegs office. I am extremely thankful we discovered Clear Eye Care in Coppell, TX.

GREAT DOCTOR! VERY AFFORDABLE! I have a complex eye condition (keratoconus) which requires expensive, hard to make hard lenses for optimal vision. His price was HALF of what I paid for my last two sets and he worked with me until he got it right. Im also impressed with the fact that IF MY INSURANCE WOULD NOT PAY FOR SOME OF THE COST DR. HEEG WAS WILLING TO REDUCE HIS ALREADY LOW PRICE TO ACCOMMODATE ME.

In this day and age of "get em in and get em out" healthcare, Dr. Heeg is a pleasant surprise. He took the time to do a thorough exam and then explained the results. The best part was when he listened to my concerns and addressed each one. He gave me recommendations, but let me choose the solution I was most comfortable with.
