I had my first appointment at Rothbloom Eye Care this morning. I had an annual exam and was prescribed glasses, so also picked out frames in their office. The office is very nice, with trendy decor and high tech devices. They had a nice selection of womens frames, including a Tiffany & Co. line that I havent seen before. Everyone that I interacted with was lovely, including Andrea and Dr. Rothbloom. The blond woman that helped me with frames was also great - patient and kind. I wish I could remember her name as well. Dr. Rothbloom was very thorough throughout the exam. I appreciated all the detail he provided with the images of my eye he showed me and the tests performed. The office even followed up with a summary of my visit and diagnosis promptly after I left via email. The woman that helped with my glasses was so informative! She took time to explain my insurance coverage and the costs for the different options. I will recommend this office to co-workers and family!

Both doctors are absolutely amazing, very professional and very friendly. The staff not so much. During my last visit, the staff looked annoyed that they had to be at work. Nobody smiled or greeted me when I walked in. As I was waiting to see the doctor, one of the staff members started talking bad about another customer that had just walked out the door. I was shocked that they would do this... specially in front of other customers. After my visit, I was sent a survey asking about my experience. I explained what happened in the survey and nobody ever contacted me. The other issue I had was that they have mixed up my information with my husbands information. I was assured on 3 separate occasions that it had been corrected in the system but it had not. I have been with them for 2 years and the reason I go back is because of the amazing doctors. Each visit I hope the staff has improved but unfortunately they have not.

I just moved to the area and this was my first visit. The employees are all very friendly, helpful, polite, and professional. I felt welcomed the entire time I was there. Dr. Le is amazing. She explained everything to me during the exam and review. She thoughtfully answers any questions, of which I only had one! Im one of those people that like to ask Drs a lot of questions about what is happening and why, but Dr. Le will walk you through everything as standard practice. The frame selection was very nice, with a lot of designer options. After I described what I was looking for, Michelle found the perfect pair for me after two tries. She was also very friendly and welcoming. I felt like I had been going to them for years based on how I was treated. Thank you all so much, it means a lot to customers to receive this type of treatment!

I did NOT have a nice experience here at all. My boyfriend went for an eye check up and to get glasses. The doctor recommend a follow up appointment to look at some of the nerves. Before making the appointment, my boyfriend asked the doctor how much it would cost. She said based on his insurance it wont cost a thing. She did not express any doubt and clearly stated there wouldnt be another charge. Since there was no cost, we agreed. The day he goes for his follow up appointment he was charged a $40 co-pay. He thought okay, no big deal. And he paid it. A few weeks later, he got a $111 bill in the mail. After explaining everything to them, they were unable to remove the charge. While the staff was friendly and helpful, the business as a whole is not reputable at all. They will over charge you. Ill never go back.

Dr Le was wonderful, however the lady that took the picture of the eye was extremely rude. My son has a history of 3 eye surgeries. He sees an opthalmologist twice a year, he has never been treated so poorly. He was not told the machine was going to blow air into his eyes so he was frightened of all the machines when his appt. started out with this. He is very light sensitive so to hold his eye open while a light scans his eye for the picture makes him close him blink. The person doing this told him "he wasnt trying" and that "if he would behave and try they could get it done". I would only consider a return visit bc of how wonderful Dr Lee was with him. I dont believe the office has a lot of experience with children based on the way my son was treated.

i learned about DR. ROTHBLOOM through a friendr n d and iam so happy to have made the choice to stay with him,my experience with eye drs in the past had not been to favorable until i met this dr.for 35 years i had been trying to get a dr that would listen to me and not some machine,after all these were my eyes and i knew what i could and could not see.finally i found some one who was interested in my well being and not just doing it for the insurance money.HE spent time and lots of effort in making sure i could and that i was satisfyed with the results i received.for the first time in 35 years i could actually see out of my left eye,which was a birth defect,so i soooo love him for that.

I was told that I needed a followup appointment to check for glaucoma. The first question I asked was if it would incur any additional costs to me and I was told by Dr. Shah that it would not based on my insurance. To my surprise I was not only charged a $40 office visit, but sent a bill for $111.50. Had I been honestly told that I may incur any charges for the visit I would not have scheduled the unnecessary appointment. When I called the staff was friendly and helpful about the situation, but ultimately ended up paying the bill to avoid having it reported against my credit. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

My daughter told me about Dr Rothbloom originally and then I looked him up on my insurance. I was so thrilled; I immediately set up an appointment. My experience with eye doctors for the last 4 years has not been great. The time Dr Le and Staff spent with me was more than satisfying, it was great. All the Staff was so friendly, personable and helpful. They spent time with me and made sure that I was satisfied with the glasses I chose. I cant say enough about Dr Le as well as Dr Rothbloom, the results were more than I expected. I would definitely recommend Dr. Rothblooms office.

I have been seeing Dr. Rothbloom since I was 2 when he diagnosed optic nerve atrophy in my left eye. Long story short, my optic nerve never fully developed in the womb, and he has always shown care and compassion when I have check-ups. Answers any questions, and always seems to remember details and nuances. Followed him from smyrna eye group to his current location. I am now 32, and I can honestly say, I havent even been remotely close to that duration of tenure with any other pcp by decades. Office staff is very friendly and willing to go the extra mile for the patient.

Of all the medical care professionals I have known in my life, Dr. Rothbloom is the most professional, compassionate, and attentive I have ever known. He is the best at using skill and optical technology to care for your eyes. His office staff are all the best in that their goal is to fit you with the eyewear YOU want.
