My experience was pleasant with the exception of the receptionist. She is very unfriendly. While I was waiting a Hispanic couple came in and the woman asked the receptionist if the glasses for her children were ready. Her English was rather poor and the receptionist replied rather rudely " I dont speak Spanish!" My jaw hit the floor. Thank heavens for the other employee as she apologized and took care of the couple. It amazes me that this receptionist has been there for years. She has always been rude. I would recommend this place if you dont mind the rude and disrespectful receptionist.

Ive gone here since I was a child. Ever since the original doctor stepped down this place has gone from great to bad to awful. I was recently told that I wouldnt be able to come in for my appointment because their doctor (who I pay to see me) had to change around their schedule. This is extremely unprofessional. I had to take off of work to get my eyes checked. For children theyre okay, Ive never had a problem getting my sister in. However, as someone who works 48+ hours a week, theyre not the best option.
