Absolutely horrible. Ive waited a long time for one pair of glasses . The MD has "jury duty" so all people with failing vision must suffer after paying their money for their glasses because all employees, EVEN THE TYRONE location cant even attempt to send someone to pick up patients prescription glasses for pick up until the doctor is done with jury duty. Tabitha was rude and very condescending. She let me know no one would do anything about getting patients their prescriptions and your vision was in the mercy of the courts . I wouldnt recommend anyone go here if you value your vision. Williamson eyecare has shown themselves to be one of those "take your money" kind of businesses. Ive never seen a jury summons given at the last minute to cause this kind of chaos, so the lack of planning for patient pick ups/appointments shows a lack of customer service and Williamson eyecares commitment to their patients. I will file an official complaint and dispute the charges to my insurance for those glasses. I now have to go to LensCrafters so I dont drive my 2 year old toddler and myself into a pole. Thanks for nothing , I want a refund for the product I didnt receive.

I have never been good at going to the doctor but when I started having trouble seeing the settings on my camera it was time to go. After my exam I got me a pair of tri-focals (did I just really say that?). Wow Im getting old. Anyway the staff was really awesome and accommodating for my work schedule so I was able to make it in without taking time off from work. By the way they are open till 7:00 on Thursday. I have since moved away but will make the drive as I do feel comfortable trusting my eyesight with Dr. Williamson. Go and then you can see what you have been missing. :) BTY My photos are far better now that I can see what Im doing! Thanks Dr. Scott!

I had an amazing experience at Williamson Eye Care in Tyrone, Georgia. Not only are Dr. Williamson and his staff experts in their field, they are also some of the nicest people that you would want to meet! I feel very fortunate to have found them and I am seeing better than I have in years! They also have a very impressive selection of frames as well. Thankfully there are still businesses that value their customers by offering a quality product and excellent customer service. It is my pleasure to recommend this business.

Where can I start? This is the BEST experience Ive ever had at an optometrist office EVER. The staff provided world class customer service. They were patient, knowledgeable, and warm. Dr. Williamson was wonderful. Great sense of humor and showed a lot of care. I had to relocate last minute and they accommodated every need and concern. Even with ordering my contacts. If youre looking for an office that cares, is quick, organized, and a gem this is it! If I could I would travel there every year for my annual.

Dr. Williamson is awesome, I never thought I would need glasses but all the staff there made it a very easy and pleasurable experience. Kayla was a great help in helping me pick out my frames, she was very patient and kind. Now Im kind of excited to get my glasses and see in 3D, just kidding, but Im excited to see better. My family and I love Dr Williamson and his staff! My son has autism and started to have issues with the crowd that was starting to form in the waiting room. Dr Williamson took us to a small, quite space with video games to play. It was great and my son had a great experience which is hard to come by. Thank you Williamson Eye Care!

I went there today for my appointment. When I originally called, they said they accepted my insurance. When I arrived, it was a different story. Now I wasted my time and money. I even paid a baby sitter so I could go to appointment. So disappointing.
