Staff are helpful over the phone, but rude and dismissive in person, especially to young adults. I have definitely heard them talking about me and other patients behind our backs when I am sitting in the waiting room. The worst part, however, is my doctor. She consistently interrupts me, doesnt listen to what I am actually saying, withholds information, and makes decisions about my care and medications without including or informing me. I am finding another doctor ASAP.

The receptionist on the phone was extremely rude. When I asked for immunization records she said "oh my god" under her breath and treated me like I was an annoyance. Definitely not someone I would have representing my office.

Terrible facility. I work at a major hospital in the city and Wyoming Family Practice is the only facility I know of that charges to complete patient paperwork. Even though I did 75% of it!!

I have always had a thing about doctors and offices, but they totally put me at ease here. I have definitely found MY doctors office.
