I have been coming to this office for years, have bought a few nice pairs of glasses - I did not have any complaints previously. However, in my last visit I had a terrible experience related to the offices poor scheduling and time management. I need to find another place that will have more respect for my time and my schedule. The doctors are OK, so if last minute calls from the office about schedule changes, appointment cancellations or waiting around in the office for an extra hour is OK with you, you can have a nice eye exam there.

Every one of my experiences at Dr. Kenkels office is a positive one. I regularly visit Dr. Grubb at the Tri-County location. The staff is professional and efficient, and the office is clean and up to date with the latest eye care equipment. Ive required eye correction for over two decades and Dr. Grubb is the best eye doctor Ive ever worked with. I highly recommend them to you.
