Me and my family have been patients of Dr David Williams for some years now. Although, he might not have emphasized upon, at least one of his Staff, what is meant by politeness in interacting with patients, Dr Williams himself carries a genuine interest in the welfare of his patients. He is a saintly man devoted to his patients which he shows in his sympathetic understanding of the patients needs. Not only is he an excellent doctor, his knowledge of generic medicine is limitless and I would recommend Dr Williams to my friends without any reservations.

I agree - the lady at the front desk that checks you in is bristley - not pleasant at all! I think its her voice on the answering machine too and the tone behind her voice is "what do you want? Im busy!" I wondered if maybe she was from New Jersey or New york where that attitude is normal and people dont think anything of it - and Im not dissing ALL people from those states! Also - the office is really really cramped and there are a lot of techs just standing around doing nothing OR running into each other because the space is so tiny!

do not go here. the wrong prescriptions were given. caused heart rate to drop into 40-50s. had to go back for smaller dose. then had the office manager YELL at me stating she called them in correctly. i said well call the pharmacy dont call me. she then says she wont have us as a customer of her husband AFTER taking our payments. these people are rude thieves. i am requesting all of my money back since they gave wrong prescriptions and refused to correct their errors.

Ive been a patient with Dr. Williams for over 10 years and He is very knowledgeable in the medical field and many other subjects when speaking to him. The wait may be a little longer due to him taking time to take care of his patience. But, I find from my experience its worth it and will return to Dr. Williams. Thank you

Dr. Williams is a great doctor and the wait is long because he takes his time and listens. Big name hospital Drs are allowed only 10 to 15 minutes per patient & just hurry you through. The nurses & office staff do a great job with a heavy patient load. They are very knowledgeable and good caring people working here.

They suggested I can go to another Doctor if I cant wait 4 or 5 hours to be seen, they didnt schedule my appointment when I requested . Also theywant me to see the Docotr there every 3 months for physical, they dont care about people only the money. All their personal really rude, you dont see even ONE smile there.

I called to get an appointment with Dr. Williams today. His receptionist was so rude and condescending I couldnt even finish making the appointment. If he is fine having a rude woman like that as his first-line contact with patients I have no desire to have him as a doctor.

Only putting one star because I cannot not mark anything. EVERYONE there is rude!! Receptionist was beyond my belief, and when I tried to report her, their office manager was AS rude. Just speaking to both of them on the phone made me not want to ever step a foot in there.

The recepionist is bad news. If you are in a good mood before calling there, think twice...she will make you mad. She is so mean. the doctor is good but he has a terrible lady who answers the phone.
