Have had her as a physician for several years now. And I like her personally, but her office staff is a nightmare. They cant bill insurance companies correctly, never return phone calls, and are rude! Called over a week ago to make an appointment and had to leave a message to make an appointment. NO call back! Cant get through to speak to a person. This is unacceptable! And this isnt the first time Ive had this issue.

I like her personally. But professionally shes left me hanging. I cant get my scripts refilled (even the non narcotic ones) most of the time. She tells me she referring me to things but never does the referrals. Im sick n need a different antibiotic but never got a response when I called n requested it. Now I cant get an answer theres no after hours help at all. She seems to care but doesnt follow through.

I have been using Dr Donepudi for over 2vyears she is always polite , and explains what is happening and going on with my health care. I never have to wait longer than a few minutes the staff are kind and considerate. I have moved to Kentucky but still retain her as my doctor.
