Dr Simati is great. The problem is getting with her. We have had numerous issues related to scheduling. I have called there first thing in the morning because I woke up sick and was offered an appointment the following afternoon. Not acceptable. Today, I had an appointment for fasting bloodwork at 8:30 am. I am a school bus driver so that means Im up at 5. Im also sick this morning, did not sleep at all the previous night and am denying myself losenges and warm coffee that would feel wonderful on my throat just to be sure my bloodwork is perfect. I arrive on time. 25 minutes later I ask the front desk if they have forgotten about me. She said no. 9 minutes later Im called back and when asked how I am today I say that I also have a sore throat and need to Dr to take a quick look at it. You would have thought I said I have a contagious jungle virus! The nurse said we need to get you on the Dr schedule. I said ok. Then she ushers me back out in the waiting room WITHOUT DRAWING MY BLOOD!! Finally 45 minutes after I arrive, I tell the front desk person that I am about to faint and that I have to leave. She does say sorry. She asks if I want to reschedule and I repeat that I cannot BECAUSE I AM ABOUT TO FAINT!!! The big mystery is why didnt the nurse go ahead and draw my blood when I was back there? Then I could have eaten something or had some juice. I still was never told how much longer I would have to wait before I finally gave up and left. MANY, MANY ISSUES with this visit. And, they took a lady back for bloodwork BEGORE me who checked in AFTER me. That was when I asked if I had been forgotten. Im going to start looking for another PCP. What does it matter how good the Dr is if you cant get in to see her???

After moving here a little over a year ago. Dr Simati has become a God send to me and my family. In a world that is so hard to find doctors who sit down and listen to you like a human being. She is a breath of fresh air. Her staff is always helpful and they go out of the way to make sure you are cared for. You never will feel like a number or a invoice at this office. The entire office staff was very friendly and efficient. They were actually able to get me in the same day I called for a new patient visit. And since that visit, they have been great. I needed a referral to the orthopedic surgeon and it was done way before 24 hours.I would recommend them.

Friendly staff and Dr. Simati is awesome. She takes the time to listen to your medical concerns and actually looks at your medical history and include you in the decisions concerning the best care for your health. She gives you all options to help you make an informed decision.
