I had a fall playing hockey. My arm from my wrist through forearm and elbow had pain and swelling. I went made an appointment through the website. When doing this, make sure that you fill out all the paperwork and bring it with you. When I got there they had me fill out the forms again because I didnt physically have them. I thought why waste time doing it online? I fell on my writing arm so filling out four forms was uncomfortable. I waited for about 15 minutes from my appointment time. I am not certain how true they are to these. If it were busy, which they didnt appear to be, it could have been much longer wait. Once I went into the exam room I was treated well. I had Kace as my nurse and she was nice. I believe she was fairly new due to some of the procedures took her little bit of time. Deirdre I think was her name was the physicians assistant there. She was great. Asking me questions and talking to me having a conversation instead of just moving me through like another number. She explained what she possibly thought and told me I needed X-rays. Had them done. Deirdre showed me on them what had happened and two fractures. Elbow and forearm. It was confirmed when the X-rays were sent off. They wrapped me in a temporary cast and referred me two orthopedist. They treated me well. It took a while but I was more interested in getting treatment than leaving.

One of the most Horrible customer service experiences ever!! I had to do a drug screening today and the provider wasnt at work on time. Iets just say I have to use the restroom and the provider showed up 10 plus minutes late. This is really horrible customer service. In this line of work it literally pays to be on time. >(update after leaving) The woman at the front ( she was skinny dark skinned with braids ( didnt get her name) she was acting Sarcastic about doing her job after she knew I had to really use the rest room. She Greeted me at the door saying the provider isnt there and theyre late and I can either stand outside or go to another location. Luckily she let me in even though she wasnt when the provider isnt present. I know this is a touchy subject but I came prepared. The " provider" Daniel was being sarcastic also like it was a joke I had to use the restroom badly. I really believe that it would be wise for these locations to have the provider come in about 30 minutes earlier so they can have everything already set up before the patients arrive at 9am or whatever the patient intake time is. That way things like this wont occur. If Im prepared I believe its only right that the providers are to. I can only imagine them laughing all day about my experience here which only makes the customer service experience worse!

WORST receptionist ever. On his cellphone. Doctor was apalling, refused to do her job at all - You know, like, spend 5 mins to diagnose or treat a routine ailment. This clinic draws suckers in with reasonable consultation fees, but once they get your cash, they cant be bothered to actually help you. After 5 mins of questions, and providing LITERALLY NO SERVICES, the doc next insists you need to now ADDITIONALLY pay their 2nd tier (TWICE AS EXPENSIVE, $225+) pricing to have things like simple xrays, blood draws and other basic diagnostics performed. Honestly its little wonder the waiting room was completely empty... and it looked surprisingly run-down inside for a new business. Go literally anywhere else. Thank me later.

I visited the Woodstock location with a possible fracture to my foot. I had severe bruising and could not walk on it. I went ahead and scheduled my appointment on their website and filled out the forms before I arrived. I was seen within a few minutes. The staff was very professional. The nurse completed my vitals, then the doctor came in, I needed x-rays (knew this before I came in), and praise God, found out it was not fractured but severe soft tissue damage to cause the bruising. They even provided me with crutches at no additional cost. I will definitely keep MedPost in mind over an ER visit anytime. And they are a lot closer than my Primary Care as well.

The receptionist was very nice but other than that, this place was unprofessional and not thorough at all. The male nurse made me feel uncomfortable while taking my vitals, commenting on my tattoos, asking personal questions about my husband, comparing my weight to his sisters and giving off an overall creepy vibe (in the room with him alone and the door was shut). Dr. Muhammad spent a total of 2 minutes with me then prescribed me ibuprofen. This place was a waste of time and money and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I went in complaining of a sore throat, cough and symptoms of a uti. They never looked at my throat or listened to my lungs. They simply checked my urine said I had a uti, gave me an antibiotic for 3 days. Day 4 my uti was back because 3 days on the antibiotic they gave me does nothing! They do not take time with patients and dont know about the medication they are prescribing!

I had a bad cough, pain in my chest, a cold and was congested. I kept getting worse so I went to the MedPost Urgent Care at the Woodstock location and the staff was very friendly and professional. The doctor was knowledgeable and the meds he prescribed started helping by the evening! I am very glad I went there and will certainly go back!

I had a spider bite I got in my truck on my back, could not see it or reach it. I paid $100.00. The doctor could barely speak any English, gave me a scrip, a few directions on how to treat it myself, and that was it. Except for scrip for antibiotic a total waste of time. Pay a little more, go to WellStar walk in clinic.

The best Urgent Care Ive ever been to. Was very ill and stopped in without an appointment. Was met by a great front office staff, friendly and super fast. Was seen quickly and everyone from start to finish were fantastic. Great attitude, competent and caring. Very refreshing... Strongly recommend.. JT

Awful. I came in with a severe cough and feeling awful. The PA was ridiculous and the nurse wasnt nice. The PA Stood 6 feet away and didnt check my ears throat but listened to my chest in the back, Not the front. I felt like she thought I was gross. Never ever again!!!!

From the front desk to the nurse and PA, the staff was so warm and friendly. They were patient and caring. The PA was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They were very accommodating to our needs and so helpful in a difficult time.

Be careful when u go here...they code everything as urgent care no matter if you go for non-emergency reasons. They don t even tell you that if you pay out of pocket the cost if half. $275 bucks for an office visit. Ripoff.
