I had a problem with ingrown toe nail for one week. After Ive been to an Urgent Care and tried to "fix" it with antibiotics and anti inflammatory I had to look for a doctor specialized in foot. I didnt know this place and I found it on internet. After reading some reviews I decide to make an appointment. They had a cancellation and I was able to see the doctor in the same day! Praise to the Lord! The doctor and the staff are very sweet! I didnt feel rushed in spite it was almost lunch time. The doctor used a local anesthetic. And she did not start until my toe was fully numbed. It took me one hour to have my toe numbed (because of my body. Not her. Doctor was reeeally patient and nice!) Im wimpy talking about needles and procedures. The nurse hold my hand and helped me to calm down some. She was helping me to focus in my breathing instead of in the doctor. The procedure itself was quick maybe 15 minutes or less. I left the office with clear instructions about what to do in the next days and an appointment to come back in two weeks. I highly recommend this place and this doctor!

I also highly recommend Dr. Clous and her staff. My wife and I both are patients there. My wife went to her first, and recommended that I go. My initial visit had a long wait to be seen. On my second visit, I was in and out in a matter of minutes. Dr. Clous made me feel like she was going to try to take good care of me from day one.

My son has had terrible luck with ingrown toenails. The doctor and her staff are wonderful. Its easy to make an appointment and shes conservative in treatment, but very thorough and empathetic. Very very sweet staff. Cant say enough good things about them.
