This is not a good staff. No one at that office is on the same page. One young lady told me one thing over the phone then when I get to the office Im beening told something different. Then my doctor whose name was Dr. Rita told me something totally different. I kept getting the run around and it was very frustrating. I told them I only had three visits that my insurance would pay for and that my last visit I wanted to get a check up. They charged my insurance each time I came and they didnt tell me. So I couldnt go back to get a check up. Every time they did a blood test on me they told me I wasnt being charged. The young lady that called me to the back was a black girl and she always called my name wrong and when I corrected her she never corrected herself. I work in the health field so I know how to carry myself and this was very unprofessional.

She is very knowledgeable about life and medicine. She is very passionate about what she does and her staff shares that same passion. That is what makes her practice work. She has a physicians" assistance Ms. Mitchell. She is "DA BOMB" Im not planning on changing doctors anytime soon unless Ms. Mitchell tell me to go away (Lol) because I can be to much sometimes!! ( I have too many issues). I hope the staff read these reviews so they will know how we feel about them. .
