This place might as well be a scam business. I visited this institution about 9 months ago and i am still having to pay off this bulls**t bill for an appointment to which i didnt receive any medication or antibiotics from a bad sinus infection i had recently. The main goal was to try and receive an allergy test, however when i got there they made me do a super long registration process and when i asked them up front how much my appointment was going to be they couldnt tell me. Really?! I want to know how much i was going to pay. Instead Dr Rolvin Charles took me inside the room and looked up my nose with a Nasal Endoscopy and told me i had allergies (which i already knew i had). What he didnt tell me was that the light he stuck up my nose was going to cost 343$ dollars. What a scam artist! From there he didnt prescribe me with any form of medication, and when i was finished i walked to the front desks and my bill was 255$ dollars with my insurance. All he did was stick a light up my nose to tell me i had allergies! Horrible conduct of business, and very deceitful ! I didnt have the money to pay for that at the time and neither did i want to pay for it. Instead i put down 50$ and have been receiving my remaining balance since. If they had told me up front how much it was going to cost i would have never gone through with it. However i did notice a cancelation fine of 100$ if you did cancel your appointment within 24 hours. Terrible money hungry scam business that deceived a young girl whom obviously doesnt go to the doctor that much. And Im still stuck with my nose light bill! AVOID THIS PLACE they will rob you!!

Worst experience ever with a doctors office. Beware... and do your research. The ENT Institute has definitely earned the F that they have with the BBB. This practice should be the case study on why consolidating physician practices is not always a good idea. The practitioners themselves may be competent but you may not even get to the point of treatment because of the horrible business operations, billing, and customer service. I have been waiting on a refund for over a year now and been getting the run around. Turn over on the administrative side is extremely high. My insurance company even remarked that she was shocked at how unprofessional the billing department was. The receptionists echoed that same concern and apologized for their OWN management and billing department. My doctor even voiced his frustration with how the practice is being run. I have cancelled all of my pending treatments and procedures... I refuse to sink anymore of my hard earned money into this failing practice. I will take my business to Emorys ENT practice. This practice is a joke. They wont even respond to BBB complaints. I feel sorry for the employees who have no recourse, and are stuck working for an unprofessional business and having to field patient complaints. I plan to petition my insurance company to de-certify them as an in-network provider. Thousands of dollars of wasted money with zero health outcomes. They order unnecessary tests and labs. Ive learned from this experience to always ask if a test or lab is medically necessary.

Level if care was good . However, I was told I would be seeing Dr Ingrahm. When I got there I found out that Dr Ingraham was not an MD at all but a nurse practitioner. In the end I was examined by a Physicians Assistant Mr. Lynch who was very thorough and professional. I was later informed that I would only be seeing a physician for surgery related issues. In any case the fees and deductibles seem to be the same whether you see a PA or an MD. The other negative is that one of several disclaimers in their electronic patient "sign in" asks you to agree to an arbiter of their choosing giving up all of your legal rights in case of malpractice. When I checked " no" on the form it displayed s message that basically said "have a nice day we can refer you to another clinic to handle your needs". When I brought this to their attention they indicated that was a mistake and they were happy to treat me.

Dr. Caruthers is very knowledgeable and has worked hard to help me get better. I have had nasal sinus polyp removal surgery 3 times in my life, about every 8 or 9 years since I was a kid. He has recommended a nonsurgical procedure (balloon procedure) to help me. I am hopeful that will work. The nurses and office staff are really friendly. Denise at check-in is super! Donna who does their allergy testing and allergy shots is the kindest person. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone. I already recommended them to my husband who is currently seeing Dr. Edwards and is very happy with his results.

Truly, this is review is completely honest. I did not have the experience PEVA below had. You must have caught them on a bad day, but who doesnt have those? They have been my doctor for my sinus, adenoid and tonsil problems. The staff has always been courteous, the office always clean and I never waited more than 10 minutes for my appointment. My surgery went well so maybe that is why I have a different opinion, but there is really nothing major to complain about. And as for the staff talking about patients behind the window...who doesnt do that, really?

I had a difficult experience with my sinuses. I could not breath or smell through my for about three years. I finally got tired of it and came to the ENT institute buy chance.little did I know they would change my life. Come here was a real blessing. I had my surgery and I am 1000% better. The front desk staff is great and the doctors are some of the best. I would recommend anyone coming here.

Went to them for chronic sinus issues (for over a DECADE) and they were very knowledgeable and thorough with my treatment. Had sinus surgery in September and I am very comfortable in their hands. I can breathe wonderfully now. To be honest...all this air in my nose is kinda scary. I didnt know it could be like this. Great facility, amazing staff, and awesome doctor. Highly recommend.

My experience at the ENT Institute and with Dr. Carothers has been nothing but excellent. My sinus surgery has been successful and they were always ready to meet my needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a procedure. I had a septoplasty with turbinate reduction. I have had chronic sinusitis for a few years and finally have relief. Thanks!

My experience at the Ear Nose &Throat Institute was very positive. Being an actress and singer leaving one state coming to Atlanta was scary because I was worried that I would not find anyone like my last ENT but Im happy to report I found someone that made me feel safe about my health to continue to fly for jobs in my entertainment world.
