This will be my first and last time ever going to this doctor office. When we first walked in I already didnt like the environment. The staff was not friendly and rude. It is definitely not kid friendly. We waited entirely to long to be seen by the doctor and when we finally got called into the office we waited even longer. When the doctor came into the room he did not greet the kids or make them feel comfortable. The doctor was very aggressive and rambled on while we tried to explain things to him. He talked over us and did not listen. He checked both childrens ears and did not place the disposable piece on the otoscope for none of the children. He stuck that nasty thing in both childrens ears and my cousin said arent you suppose to put that piece on there? and he ignored her. My child had an ear infection which he had already been seen for and was taking medication. The doctor said the medicine was not working (which it was because his symptoms went away) and tried to give him an antibiotic shot. He gave us the option to give him a shot or medicine we asked for the medicine. He insisted on giving him a shot when we asked what was in the shot and what are the side effects he got upset and yelled and screamed at us. He told us he has been doing this for fourteen years and blah blah blah. I could not understand why he couldnt explain to us what was in the shot if he had been doing this for fourteen years it was a simple question. My cousin then went to research what was in the shot on her phone because he would not explain to us and he snatched her phone out of her hand and threw it on the patient bed. By that time I had enough of his disrespect and packed up our belongings to leave. As we were leaving I guess it clicked in his greedy mind that he was losing out on money and he tried to be nice to us and told us that we can come back. I let him know that I will never step foot in that place again. Never in my life had I had an encounter with a doctor like that. He is one of those greedy Medicaid doctors who will do anything to get a dollar. Dont send your children here if you want to be treated like a human and not have your kids drugged up so he can get paid.

They make sure my baby is up to date. Med records are easy to request. For this office to be in "inner city" and to except Medicaid, They give excellent care. Maybe his is so old he needs to retire. At least I know he know what he doing when it comes to my babys health. Thats what is important.

The experience for this place has been degrading. The front staff seems to be always busy. The nurses does not seem to show enough care for their young patients. The wait is a bit long. I hope that they can improve and create a more friendly caring environment.
