If I could give negative stars, I would. Dealing with the associates connected to Dr. Gales office was one of the worst experiences I have had the displeasure of encountering. They were extremely unprofessional, unorganized, and dishonest. They lacked empathy, respect, and courtesy in every interaction - whether in person or over the phone - which is extremely sad considering the nature of the mental health services they claim to offer. I was told on multiple occasions I would get a phone call back to help me through a billing error that was their fault, and not once did anyone ever follow up as they said they would. Ultimately, it took multiple recorded conference calls from my insurance company to prove they had told both parties they would do something to correct their error. They never once apologized or tried to rectify their mistakes, and instead blamed it on someone being out of the office and billing "not being their job". I would advise anyone seeking mental health counseling to steer clear of this office and to save themselves from the additional pain and headaches Dr. Gale and Associates will bring them.

My wife has been there 3 times in last month first person was 20 minutes late gave here 20 minutes tossed pills at here said see you in three weeks pills were junk they then called in the same kind of drug just under different name. Next counselor was 10 minutes late then the third time was with the main guy he was 10 minutes late gave her about ten minutes. Basically said 3 times a week we drive and hour to get there so he just told her she would have to quit her job no job no insurance they had no idea 3 trips totally 1 hour of so called help

I didnt even want to give this guy one star. My husband went to him for a few years and everything seemed to be going well then one day he was told that he wasnt getting well fast enough and should find another Dr. The rug was basically pulled out from under him. Now THATS a great way to treat someone who is dealing with depression.
