I called to set up new patient visit for my kids and I a month ago. The person on the phone had poor phone etiquette but I gave her the benefit of doubt that maybe she was having a bad day. I called and confirmed 2 weeks after that to check on co pays. I finally arrived for my scheduled visit and the door was locked, and lights off. I called the office for 15minutes and finally the receptionist opened the door and said theyre renovating and she thought someone called to cancel. Ive never had their servicea rendered, nor will I give them the opportunity. Customer service poor from the start, will not be returning.

Horrible service by the receptionist...The dental hygienist are rough and have no customer service. One man put his large finger in my mouth and scrubbed. Ive never had that done. After a cleaning with them my mouth bleed heavily and there told me that a water pick in useless. They suck...There was only one dental hygienist in there that was good but shes gone. The rest are aggressive and make your teeth hurt. They are also horrible with kids. Overpriced too. DON"T Go stay away.

I needed dental work done within a week timeframe. I was scheduled right away and will be returning in the same week to finish the dental work. I am extremely happy with the work I had done thus far and their flexibility to work with me to get it done faster than it would normally take. The staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating.

He is a good dentist, he works with you financially. Now the receptionist is a different story. I called to make another appointment today and all i got was attitude from her. Shes rude and she doesnt care because i know for a fact i was not the only person to complain about her office etiquette

10am appt still waiting an hour later ..horrible experience. Never got seen, i left because it was such terrible service. will never go back and will tell everyone not to go there. Receptionist was horrible, lack customer service and communication.....I HAD to post 1 star, or I couldnt post.

I usually hate going to the dentist, but my appointment today went very smooth. The dentist was friendly and professional. I will be returning to this office should I need any more dental work. ( fingers crossed that I wont).
