I took my child here after a recommendation. After putting fillings in my Childs teeth she continued to have pain. I took her to a real childrens dentist to find that he put fillings in without getting all the cavity decay out. She had to have 3 fillings taken out, teeth repaired and instead of fillings had to have them replaced with silver caps. My insurance only covers work on one tooth a year. I had to pay out of pocket to have this fixed. My daughter has been feeling embarrassed by the way her teeth look now with the silver caps when if done correctly none of this would have happened.

Very impressive. It started when I called them, no automated system or numbers to push, but a real LIVE PERSON answers the phone. Then I make the appointment, and unlike other dentists, no games or run around. I told them I would like a tooth removed today and they did it TODAY! NO OTHER DENTISTS EVER worked on me the same day I went in on my first visit ever! Needless to say that I am more than impressed and will be going back AND recommending them to my friends and family! I should also add that their prices are phenominal, very inexpensive, yet clean and professional office.

Went in for a toothache. I typically have quite a bit of anxiety when going to the dentist. The hygienist was very kind and could see I was nervous. She took time to talk with me about previous dental experiences that werent that great and seemed to take the extra time to explain everything to me. When the dentist came in, he didnt just sit down and start working. He stopped and introduced himself and asked me what he could help me with. Great patient care overall. I still have to go in for the extraction and my nerves have been calmed thus far. Feel like Im in good hands.

I am so pleased with the care I received from Dr Cyriac. Being new to the area i needed some dental work done for a long standing problem that was causing chronic pain. Dr Cyriac and his staff worked with my insurance, explained in detail the process of dental implants verses dentures. His care was through and I was comfortable throughput the lengthy procedure. I am no longer in chronic pain and the implants definitely were my best choice along with having a caring dentist such as Dr Cyriac. I would without a doubt recommend York Smile Care

The dental assistant, Jen, was fantastic. The dentist could improve his chairside manner; he was unresponsive in general and insensitive to my pain during the procedure. I was in horrible pain for 8 hours afterward because he would not let me rest my jaw at any time. The next morning I could barely open my mouth, I still have a headache, and my jaw is in spasms. Some of this is due to my medical conditions, but this lack of consideration exacerbated them; its never been this bad. Not sure if I would go back.

I brought my kids to this place today and this doctor was so rude and unprofessional. I have a kid, who is very sensitive, and who would normally need my presence during dental operations, but he refused to let me in, then when things did not work out in there, he kicked us out, and not only that, he was so rude and sent us to another dentist when we had waited for an appointment with him. Now, you tell me if this is normal in the United States. Basic treatments offered to customers are missing.

Everyone at the office is very friendly I highly recommend them! Update Just got done my procedure, I cant say how appreciative I am. If you havent been to the dentist in a while, and worried about how it will go, trust me, go to smile care, I wont go to another dentist, I cant say enough about how the whole expirence was and how great full I am.

The hygienist did such a terrific job at cleaning my teeth! She did a deep cleaning but made it as painless as possible. She knew her stuff! Had the best tips for flossing and brushing I have heard yet! Knew what she was looking at in the X Rays. Room was comfortable with a TV. Dentist was fast but could tell he knew his stuff.

The staff was helpful and friendly. My visit was on-time, procedures and costs were explained thoroughly, and both Dr. Cyriac and his staff seemed knowledgeable, and respectful of my decisions. I was very happy with the service I received and will be going back to have an extraction done a week from now.

This Guy is the real deal. I was in total pain when I called due to a tooth that cracked the night prior. They were able to fit me that afternoon. I walked in the door at 1 and by 1:30 was no longer suffering. Great Dentist. Thanks Again !!
