Dr. Cha and the staff at Merit Dental are kind, compassionate and understanding people. They have been great with our family. I have seen and experienced first hand how they adapt to the needs of the elderly (my mom was 90) and people with brain injuries (my husband has cognitive problems due to an illness). Not everyone in the medical field gives people with special needs the time and care they require but Merit Dental definitely did and continues to do so. It was deeply touched that they sent a sympathy card to me when my mom died this past Christmas.

The team at Merit Dental is incredible. I love the hot neck roll they always provide during my cleaning and everyone there is super sweet. Its not quite a spa day, but they really create a relaxing and friendly environment. They do an excellent job with my children as well and somehow managed to keep my normally timid 6-year-old calm while getting a filling. Id highly recommend Dr. Cha and the team at Merit Dental.
