DO NOT waste your hard earned money at this facility! They do not care about the health of your teeth! It is all about the money. Here is my experience... I had been visiting this location for almost two years and have spent a great deal of money, I went in for a routine cleaning when it was "suggested to me" that I get a deep cleaning because my gums were receding in a few spots. Mind you that the said suggested treatment would be around $1600 dollars. So I decided that my dental health was important and I would do the suggested treatment, one side was $600 which I did on the spot. Fast forward 4 months. I get a call from the dental office saying that it was time to complete the treatment, which I politely declined stating that I thought the procedure was over priced and it wasnt in my budget at the moment. I went on to say if it is time for my regular check up you can go ahead and schedule that. The person that called me went on to say that if I chose not to continue the treatment I could no longer utilize that dental office!!!!!! What the hell? So a treatment that is suggested to you becomes a medical necessity???? Even though they said insurance would not pay for it!!!! So you are telling me you are trying to ransom my dental health because you want my money!!!!!! I later spoke to the office "manager" Paul who stated because I had gum disease that they were required to complete the treatment. HOLD UP ONE DAM MINUTE.....Not once were the words gum disease EVER MENTION....EVER in the course of my visits!!!! Now your saying that I either pay $1000 to be treated or look elsewhere for treatment!!!!! I am utterly disgusted with this facility and there treatment of unsuspecting patients.

When I first came to this location for dental services, the Dentist was Dr. Kabernauff (sp) - very cool guy. unfortunately he retired, and informed me that the new dentist would be good. I was "ok" with the new dentist up until my last experience there. however, the front desk attendant (which was her husband at the time of my experience) is selective about who he has a nasty attitude with and I noticed that he would talk to me with slang, but use proper English/professional language when speaking to Caucasian clients. my last experience, I forgot I had an appointment (completely my fault) and he called to remind me (15 minutes after the appointment time - which was pointless). they allowed me to reschedule, I wrote down the date and time and specifically picked 11am because it was at the beginning of my lunch break and I worked around the corner from the office. I arrived at 11am, and was told I missed my "10am appointment." the husband was rude and made it clear that he didnt care if I took my business elsewhere. I requested to speak to the Dentist herself, and instead of her acknowledging theyre mistake, she decided to reference an appointment that I was late to ONE YEAR PRIOR to this experience and also made it clear that my business wasnt cared for. horrible professionalism

I just LOVE my dentist and her staff!!!! About a year or so ago, I was looking for a good dentist near my home that would honor my dental plan and have reasonable prices for dental services. I came across Audubon Dental Center of Clinton and made an appointment. When I walked through the door, I said this will be my new dentist. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing and the staff is absolutely amazing! The other bonus is that they get you in and out. No wait time. Dr. Tami Pantano is soooo friendly, professional, and caring. She explains everything and provide great advice on what services I need next. Brittany---what can I say about her?? Incredible and Personable!!! She is always making sure I am o.k. before and after services. Kenny is hilarious! He always makes me feel comfortable and our conversations take my mind off of what I am there for. The office manager always makes sure my charges for services are accurate and provides me with any additional information/documents that I may need. I could not ask for a better place to take care of my teeth. I highly recommend Audubon Dental Center of Clinton for your dental needs. Great job and keep up the great work you are doing!!! You are appreciated…..

If youre ever afraid to visit a dentist, I would highly recommend this place. Not only is the experience very comforting as soon as you walk into the office, but it continues like that throughout your whole visit. You are greeted by friendly and professional staff and that is not where it stops. From X-rays, examinations, and on to more extensive work, Dr. Pantano and her staff do an excellent job in not only educating the patient on proper care but also in terms of procedures to be conducted. It was quite comforting to speak with her and feel as though I was getting the proper care that I not only needed but deserved. When it came to procedures, I have to say that Dr. Pantano has to be the first dentist that I have had that gives so much care in making sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole session. I highly recommend visiting the professional and friendly staff when youre in need of a good dentist with a great experience!

I would like to say that in my personal opinion Dr. Tami Pantano and her full staff are amazingly wonderful. They care about the patients and they make you more aware of your dental hygiene. The front desk staff Denna Jordan and Carla Norde are knowledgeable and helpful. They assisted me with everything from a cup of tea to dental insurance information. Brittany Johnson is wonderful with children and very personable. Mr. Kenneth Lamar is a wizard with teeth cleaning, his method is gentle and very effective. I would like to say thank to you all for helping to change views on dentist offices. There is also a young man in the office that helps behind the desk and thank you to him as well for the assistance with the insurance. I have been to dentist is several different states and this by far was thee best dental experience of my life. Thank you all again :)

As soon as I walked into Audubon Dental Center of Clinton, I was greeted by its friendly and attentive front desk staff who offered me a selection of beverages while I filled out the new patient forms. After I completed the forms, I was quickly taken into an examination room where I had my x-rays taken. I really liked that there was very little wait time throughout the whole visit. Even more, I appreciated the extra care Dr. Pantano took in examining my teeth since this was my first visit. She then went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable with water pressure, water temperature, etc., while I had my teeth cleaned. Lastly, and most importantly, Dr. Pantano seems to genuinely care about her patients and making sure they leave her office happy. I definitely am happy to have a dentist in the area that I can trust for all my dental needs!

I was very impressed at first when I visited the dental office, but my last visit I had a serious concern. I was recommended certain procedures that I could have, in which my insurance would not pay, so I decided to at least start treatments. I had two treatments done, but when I came back for a follow up, I felt the negative body language of the person who cleaned my teeth. At no time, were we eye to eye, but you can tell by his remarks that he was having a bad day. Listen. I hate going to the dentist and now I have to deal with this.....it appeared as though since I didnt take the recommendations and pay $650.00 out of my pocket I had done nothing for my teeth. So why do I need to come back in 3 months ? I dont have 650, its xmas, or was that suppose to be your xmas gift? Either way, I was not treated kindly on my last visit.
