Every experience here so far has been a five star experience. My latest visit was for a filling for a child who overreacts anytime a needle is observed, mentioned, or anticipated. Her anxiety level was at the point where we did not think she would stay still through the procedure while conscious. On this visit she had two cavities filled, with no needle, no complaints, and no pain. Im pretty sure she even smiled at the end.

In there to get a crown. Dr. Bertram is great at getting you numb with minimum discomfort. Everybody at the office is friendly, polite and professional. No five stars, as I think everything took just a little too long. Other than that, really recommend this office.
